I’m sorry but I do not fully recommend this seller. My glasses do not work for premium price. Ray Ban Meta costs the same and they work.

My wife and me viewed several properties in the Torrevieja are and dealt with several estate agents. We eventually bought a property through Inmo Investments and dealt with the La Zenia office. Shelley and Hanna were superb in every way including answering questions and giving us updates quicker than our lawyers office. Nothing was an issue and they dealt with everything easily. Wir waren knapp 1 Jahr auf der Suche nach einer passenden Immobilie an der Costa Blanca. Irgendwann ist uns dann eine Anzeige von Inmo Investments aufgefallen und wir haben einfach mal Kontakt aufgenommen. Kurz darauf hat sich Isabell bei uns gemeldet und direkt nach unseren Vorstellungen gefragt. Schon kurze Zeit später kam ein Vorschlag, der tatsächlich sehr gut zu uns gepasst hat...

Von Anfang an hatten wir ein gutes Gefühl. Gerade für uns als Ausländer in Spanien war es natürlich sehr angenehm, dass alles auf Deutsch möglich war. Die Terminabstimmung und Organisation liefen unkompliziert und sehr professionell.

Die Besichtigung vor Ort hat Charlotte mit uns gemacht. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und hatten sofort das Gefühl, dass wir mit allen Fragen jederzeit auf sie zukommen können. Gerade durch die Entfernung nach Deutschland war diese Unterstützung für uns wirklich viel wert!!!

Relativ schnell haben wir uns dann für die Immobilie entschieden. Ein Tag später haben wir bereits beim Notar, direkt gegenüber vom Büro, eine Vollmacht unterschrieben. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt wussten wir, dass hier alles Hand und Fuß hat.

Und tatsächlich, innerhalb von nur sechs Wochen sind wir jetzt stolze Besitzer eines tollen Hauses an der Costa Blanca. Den gesamten rechtlichen Part hat Filiz übernommen und uns wirklich alles abgenommen. Vom Notartermin über Strom, Wasser, Versicherungen bis hin zu den ganzen Formalitäten, die man als Ausländer sonst kaum überblickt...

Charlotte hat sich parallel um alles vor Ort gekümmert und sogar Dinge wie Lieferungen von Material, Inventar oder auch die Internetanbindung organisiert. Für uns war das wirklich ein komplettes Rundum-Sorglos-Paket.

Man merkt einfach, dass hier ein eingespieltes Team mit viel Erfahrung arbeitet. Besonders angenehm war für uns, dass alles auf Augenhöhe passiert und man durch die gemeinsame Sprache sofort Vertrauen aufbauen konnte.

Was sollen wir am Ende sagen, außer: Ein großer Wunsch ist für uns in Erfüllung gegangen! Ohne das Trio von Inmo Investments + Inmo Consulting wäre das sicher nicht so reibungslos möglich gewesen.

Wir können euch wirklich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder mit euch zusammenarbeiten.
