Order has never arrived. I go to tracking and am told not enough postage on item. Sounds like a scam to me.

Since 2022, I've placed several orders for dies, embossing folders, and papers, all of which have arrived on time and in perfect condition. The quality of all the products I've ordered is very good value for money. They're one of my trusted stores. I'll definitely be ordering from Inlovearts again.

I placed an order on January 9, but have not received my order. It's been 2 months. I contacted the company, but have received no response.

What went wrong is that I never received my order, which was confirmed December 2nd. Tracking still shows "In Transit" (48 days now) yet Adda writes me asking me if my address is correct, adding that the postal service told her they delivered my parcel. Impossible as Canada had a mail strike. The word customer is spelled "cutsomer" on their official template. I'm rather skeptical about the numerous 4 & 5 star reviews. My 1st review has disappeared. Speaks volumes, doesn't it?

UPDATE: What I did get was over $400 in fraudulent Ubereats charges made in another province. The bank is on it and I'll be okay. If you did shop here, be certain to keep an eye on your credit card.

Terrible company. Ordered dies in February 2024 and they arrived but very poor quality. Company told me to send them back via an address in Seattle although the company is in China which I did. Heard nothing. Contacted them in September 2024 and they claimed the refund had failed in JULY!! No contact from them. Since then, now in November 2024 and still fighting to get my refund. They claim they have tried 3 times but refund failed and told me to contact UseePay!!! Never even heard of them and can't find a number. Fuming quite frankly! They have the goods back and they claim that they cannot refund my money even though my bank said there is no problem at the bank's end.

Ordered from this company. Always weary about ordering from companies found on FB or IG. To my delight they were legit. I ordered many dies and embossing folders and everything arrived in perfect order. I was also kept up to date on each process of the shipping including arriving in Canada and out for delivery. In reading some of these reviews it’s crazy that one person can have such a bad experience and another a completely different experience. In my books they get 5 stars. I will definitely order from them again as their prices are very reasonable.

I placed my second order in August 2024 with In Love Arts. Two items were missing from my order. After 6 attempts, still they will not respond. What a great money making scheme they have huh? PayPal got them to say order was delivered, which I never disputed, but they won't cooperate beyond that. Now PayPal wants me to file a police report. Ridiculous.

Order several dies for my wife. One of the dies I ordered was missing from the order. Sent them an email letting them know the item was missing and no response. I will not order from them again. Told my wife to stay off there site will go elsewhere.

Inlovearts cutting dies are super easy to work with, even for beginners. Love them! I will try some 3D dies in the next order.
