They shouldn't even be rated 1. Piss poor company, ordered the new nail clippers waited and waited finally contacted them and responded big demand for this item. Weeks go by contact them and no response. Maybe they will screw a big fish and get caught and serve jail time or pay a hefty fine.

It's been more than 2 weeks since I placed my order. I've contacted them numerous times and they won't respond. It seems there's no tracking after California. I want a response! I want a refund. These people are HORRIBLE!

Well I ordered. Back in February and I did get a letter saying it was shipped on February 27 and I still haven’t received them yet I think 15 days is a little too long

Placed and order for Easter and later discovered someone else bought it for my child so I canceled my order. It was quick, easy and professional. I truly thought I wouldn’t be able to cancel and get a refund but that is exactly what happened. The customer service was amazing and unexpected). I ordered 2 smart watches on 2/19/2026 and never got delivered. been messaging customer support with no answers. i guess 35.97$ was wasted.... this is very sad that these people do this to the customer.... i wish i would have read the reviews before i ordered..... this company needs to be reported to the better business bureau........
