I asked numerous times for cancelation and it said it was then the next payment was still taken out & said i still had a subscription and credits were added. I again asked for cancelation again same thing happened. I have also asked for ALLig my information yo be REMOVED COMPLETELY from the system so this will not keep happening and money is continuously taken out of my account! So for me to get compensated I am required to give a review which I did but it was not to satisfactory standards unless I gave a 4-5 star review. I was asked to edit my stars from a 2 to a 4. Here is my review with the edit.

Somehow my credit card was charged by this company and 4 others so I emailed them and requested my money back due to fraudulent activity. They were very quick to respond and quick to come to a resolution with my issues and am awaitíng the return of my money. Support is amazing. Thanks again inkpad.

buena experiencia

The response to this situation is quite commendable and although I am quite upset that I was ushered into a membership that I had no intention of starting nor knew about. When trying to order a Matebook I was witnessing charges that I did not initiate but could not stop. I believe that this was caused by someone who is mimicking a legitimate company and stealing money from the orders of these Matebooks. I have initiated an FBI investigation into this.
