Devolución de dinero

I like it's very good

Money was deducted from my account without my permission and now I’m waiting for my refund

Not sure how I got signed up for this. But they told me they'd refund and then charged me again.

pues fue una mala experiencia porque ofrecieron unos equipos de sonido JBL a un precio de Q.35.00 y ademas pedi uno mas como estaba en el anuncio y posteriormente volvio a salir otro anuncio del mismo y pedi otro de nuevo y ademas pague segun el formulario enviado por ustedes seguro para que la compra fuera correcta y lo hice en ambas compras y ademas pague para que la entrega fuera en 24 horas, y no me vino nada, lo que me lleva a pensar que fui engañado, que piensa usted y fueron en dos fechas el dos de mayo y el 1 de mayo respectivamente, del 2026

I was unaware that Voltbaron and Yardality existed so I didn't know to make a purchase I had to have a VIP account with them which costed money. It also just created said account without my knowledge and no pages popping up. Personally I feel it needs to be known and I'm pretty sure they are the same company or somehow have the same people working for the them/use the same phone line. Zoe and Alexandrea have been helpful though. Emailing may be better then calling as I've had some stubborn people on the phone and or seeming unwilling to help. As long as I get the refund(s) a charge of 11.45 and then a charge that was 5.94 now 13.07 everything will be made up.

Jeremy was great to work with. He was very quick to respond to my request for a cancelation. I didn't realize this was a subscription and am on a fixed income and asked for a cancelation.

I was unaware I was going to be charged. So being charged 2 times, and not having any idea what happened, was very alarming. I didn’t even recognize the company. I was not receiving anything from this company so I looked into it. The company says they will refund my charges, so we will see. They did respond, so that was a plus.
