I was apprehensive about having to deal with my hair, especially as I wasn't pleased with the results of a previous hair transplant. As a woman, my self-confidence was low, and losing my hair is not something women often discuss. We resort to hiding the loss through wigs, scarves, etc. I initially met Trevor through a virtual meet for my husband. Trevor was friendly and thorough. I went for my husband's second appointment and met Trevor and Yvette in person. I was immediately put at ease. Within 30 min. I was in the chair receiving an SMP treatment. Trevor walked me through the entire process so well that I didn't hesitate. The customer service was excellent. After the treatment, I saw immediate results. By the 3rd treatment, I was ecstatic. I have a full hairline that doesn't look fake. I feel good about my appearance, and my self-esteem has improved. This is a great alternative for women with thinning hair. The follow-up and aftercare were fantastic. I did not feel like another client. I felt like like only client. Thank you to both of you.

Unfortunately, although I was only interested in getting my crown done, they indicated that they don’t do that and there is no other option other than full head which I wasn’t interested in. Trevor answered all my questions very knowledgable very experienced and a very clean studio. If they were to offer more options to potential clients, they would gain new customers.

Both Yvette and Trevor are exceptional at what they do. There is a very high level of professionalism and competency in their skill set. I was a bit apprehensive of getting this done but they both put me at ease and walked me through the entire process. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Oh and I had some random guy at my gym after my second of 3 sessions come up to me and asked me my age. He said that he hoped when he reached my age that he would look as young as I did. Coincidence? I don't think so... 🤔
