S22 Ultra repair
I never write reviews but after searching this company after i sent my phone to them and seeing how negative they were im here to give an honest one.
My s22 Ultra had pink lines down the screen and some other dead pixels also, I had contacted sky mobile for repair and they make you send it to these guys for the fix, after reading these reviews I was very worried about what might happen and the cost, from start to finish the whole process took 1 week from me sending my device to them and geting it back. It was covered under warranty so it didn't cost me a thing and they also fixed my broken s pen which I wasn't expecting so that was a bonus. I really don't see why there's so many negative reviews on here when mine got fixed in a week and every time I called them for updates they were very helpful and honest. The only negative I have is the online repair tracking link they sent me which never moved from the status "pre booked" so if you do use these just call them every couple of days for updates.
'ZERO' star review
I went to recycle my Samsung 20FE mobile phone, through the O2 scheme, who turn out to be Ingram Micro. My phone was in top condition, light use and in it's original (undamaged) box, and still had 2 payments left on it. I was offered £61.51. I thought that was a bit 'cheeky' but i was going on my hols so thought 'Go on then'. Using their prepaid courier service, i sent off the 'boxed' phone only to be told that the phone had "screen burn" and the revised offer was now £12.30, which i politely declined. My phone was promptly returned, minus the box, which 'they' said that this was because of their "Terms and Conditions 10.5".
Once back from my hols, i checked the screen, couldn't see anything, got a independent phone repairer to check and they couldn't see anything, I then checked Trustpilot and it all made sense.
Avoid these at all costs.
##UPDATE##
I took my 'screen burned' phone to CEX, a gadget exchange place, who re-examined the phone, deducted less than £5, for not having charger etc, and gave me £127.10 for my phone.
With all of this in mind, i can comfortably say that Ingram Micro' not only try to 'rip me off', they are also dishonest. Some may say criminal!!!!
NO FURTHER QUESTIONS, YOUR HONOUR!
Worst company on the planet
Worst company on the planet. I sent a galaxy tab S7+ 5G with no scratch on it for repairs because it won't turn on. The company sent me an envelope and a box. And then a few days later I received they told me that the tablet will be fixed with £318! I told no way. The person I spoke to said that the tablet had a line of crack on it. However, when I sent the tablet, it doesn't power up but it had no crack on it at all. These people are careless and dishonest. Don't ever repair anything with this lot. They are absolutely disgusting and dishonest because I just received the tablet back and it's like someone took a sledgehammer hammer to it. This is criminal damage because the tablet I sent to them is not in the condition I sent it to them. Sky is absolutely stupid to use this lot to repair any device at all. I am 100% certain that this tablet was damaged either during transit in that silly flimsy envelope that has no postage label to show that the item inside is fragile or someone at Ingram mishandled this product and dropped it or even damaged it deliberately. The device I received back is not in the condition it was when I sent it!
CRIMINAL ? - STAY AWAY
Well, is this criminal activity - I think so - you decide. It certainly goes against common trust - DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Briefly ! I had to return a Samsung Flip 4 because the plastic screen protector started to peel - this is NOT the screen just the sort of film you can buy anywhere for all phones - a couple of quid on Amazon. But Samsung applies one before it leaves the factory. These peeling is incredibly common (look on-line).
As the phone had a 3 yr warranty I opted for the safer option - from the point of view of future warranty - to return it to Amazon for repair rather than completely peel off the old one and fit a new one myself (I have fitted these sort of protectors to numerous other phones in the past).
So OK keep this in mind - I repeat this is a self-adhesive protective plastic film - there are dozens of videos on how to replace these on this model phone of the 'Tube. Takes a few minutes - like replacing an old plaster on a cut with a new one.
It goes to Amazon and they apparently send to Ingram in Norwich. After a couple of weeks I get an email saying their 'engineer' had found a small chip on the phone's hinge* and therefore the warranty was voided and I had to pay around £350 quid !
Now there is NO WAY on Earth that dropping the phone on the hinge when closed - or open for that matter - can affect the plastic film on the inside.
So I imagine they get a smaller figure for fixing this under warranty and can screw the public more if they con them to believe the warranty is voided. For many, if the phone doesn't boot or the screen dies I imagine they can run this sort of extortion - but for a plastic film protector - nope - it shines out as the criminal activity it is ( I am not a lawyer so it may just be dishonest ).
They have now returned the phone to me (which is their mistake) and it is off to a professional company for a report. Once I have this I am going after these shysters and intend to do all I can to warn others away.
n.b. Amazon have now fully refunded for this phone and I was not supposed to receive it back - I assume they cannot even do that properly. So I have all the evidence I need.
* the phone does have a chip on the corner of the hinge - true indeed. This happened on day 2 of ownership of my shiny new phone when I dropped it onto to a road while putting it in a pocket - a bummer - but these things happen - doh! Point is, it has worked PERFECTLY for the last 6 months since it happened.

Auftragsnummer 80148126.
Save your sanity, Stay away - far away
What an absolute shambles. They will try to fleece you of your hard earned money. Sky if your listening - please please please eatip asking your customers to use These absolute tools. My iPhone suddenly stopped working. Not after damage or droppings or anything. Sent to them as instructed and received an email saying that it had slight damage by the microphone so the system update that had caused the issue was not covered under warranty ? The phone was mint when sent as far as I know. So they wanted £460 quid to fix. Please stay away from these absolute cowboys. I’d be surprised if any of them even had a calculator and could use it to do simple math

Amateurish Company
Like most others, I had little choice other than return my faulty iPad that I got from Sky to this company. My experience was that the company did not seem to be very professional at all. The link they provided to track the job never could find my job and although they were quick to answer the phone, I never had faith in them. The staff I did speak to were extremely helpful however and although I did get an email from them saying my device was out of warranty, I would have to pay almost £500 to get it repaired, when I called them to query this, I was asked the condition of the iPad (pristine) and after being put on hold was told it was a mistake and it would be repaired free of charge. The iPad was subsequently sent to Apple who exchanged it. I guess I’ll have hope the one they sent me doesn’t fail (I have little faith in Apple products now)
It doesn’t get much worse than this
It doesn’t get much worse than this. The name “Warner” immediately makes you think, big company, safe hands, fair and legal. DONT BE FOOLED. If they manage to send your product at all, it’s likely to be damaged, and even then, getting a response is horrendously hard, and eventually, if you push, a low intelligence copy and paste executive called SCOTT will reply with no support Whatsoever, they won’t even provide returns labels.
A truly awful company which should be avoided at all costs. Even their response below, if they provide one, will be a lie, to make other review readers think they care, but simply do not believe them and do not purchase from them, it’s a trick! Simple as that, they need a serious review and i am taking my complaint to the ombudsman.
Absolute clowns
Absolute clowns. Wanted to charge me £300 for a repair on some Beats headphones which cost £129 to buy in the first place. They told me they are out of warranty but they were purchased 10 months ago from Amazon and invoice provided.
This is because Apple have the wrong date in their serial number / warranty database.

I set my iPhone 12 mini back and it was perfect no damage or cracks to sky and I’m truly shocked sky uses these cowboy scammers and sky want £28 quid for a massive crack at the back on the phone on which I call that BS and I’ve ask sky to do another major review on the phone I sent back.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN.
Bogus repair fees and falsified voided warranty reports
My Beats Fit Pro were sent to this company by Amazon after I reported ANC failure and a high-pitched buzzing noise.
In future, I know to go directly to Apple because this company is nothing but cowboy scammers.
They had my headphones in their possession for three weeks, only to email me to say my warranty was void because a mesh was missing in the left ear. This cosmetic issue apparently is sufficient to negate the actual hardware fault. Crazy!
My options were to have my Beats returned to me, unrepaired or pay a whopping £115 to replace the mesh (bear in mind these headphones cost £159, so that is extortionate for a flimsy piece of plastic held in place by glue).
I had them returned to me... only to discover my headphones appeared used, covered in somebody else's ear wax and the mesh present in both ears!
Imagine if I had paid that bogus repair fee? SCAM!

Warning to Resellers about Ingram Micro
Warning to Resellers: Do not buy from Ingram Micro. Our company commenced business with Ingram Micro back in the 80’s (the original Micro D). We are a pioneer Reseller in the California IT industry. Ingram Micro sadly evolved into a hollow warehouse, void of business ethics, run from an impotent call center in the Philippines. The Ingram Micro extreme decline commenced with their acquisition by the Chinese company Tianjin Tianhai, and later Platinum Equity. Long gone are their qualified IT staff in Santa Ana and Irvine California, and Buffalo New York. Under company CEO Paul Bay, Ingram Micro fails to deliver customer service, will attempt to stick you with opened products (returned by other customers), and will invoice you at their discretion. Most Resellers lack the legal resources to fight this dangerous, predatory giant. The Ingram Micro Cloud business is a poor performing AWS wannabe. Their abysmal distribution/logistics business is one big sh-t show compared to industry leaders such as Scansource, or Synnex-TechData. Do yourself a big favor and avoid purchasing from this failing and ruthless distributor. Unfortunately, we learnt this the hard way. Buyer beware.

I didn’t realise how incompetent Ingram was until I saw these reviews because I thought foolishly that Sky would have more sense but obviously not as they still use them,So when I thinking about swapping my 8 month old Samsung Galaxy A33 for an IPhone they offered me £20 no there is not a 0 missing so obviously I kept the phone but after 6 weeks or so it started doing all sorts of strange things so I had to send it to Ingram as it was still under warranty and they quoted £116 to repair it and when I asked what was wrong with it they said that they didn’t know as they had not done a diagnostic test so I told them to send it back and have now sent it to Samsung.

Claimed off Nationwide Flex plus insurance for a phone that was damaged after dropping it. Power button missing and volume button stuck. Fast service and good communication. My phone looks like new. They have replaced the complete shell and screen and I am very happy with the overall service given.
Shame o2 use them
Shame o2 use them. Was told I have high standards (as I expected my samsung fold screen not to randomly damage and go black then be asked to pay to repair it as the screen is damaged) when I questioned this they said the screen protector is damaged?? I can't actually believe a company as big as O2 and Amazon use them
Computer says no attitude, rip off
Very poor attitude. My phone was referred to this company via Amazon for a cracked phone camera screen. I forgot to replace the SIM tray before sending it off but thought nothing of it.
This was highlighted on their quote. I phoned and said that I would pay for the repair but wouldn't pay out of principle for a piece of plastic we both knew I didn't need. The guy on the phone was grumpy on the phone and I was met with a "computer says no" attitude regarding the SIM tray. Some nonsense about them having to fully complete the repair.
I phoned back 20 minutes later and requested that they return my phone, which arrived the next day (only positive part of my experience).
I subsequently took my phone to Armaphone at my local ASDA who did the job in 5 days for £10 less than these guys quoted.
