Awful service. Xaiomi phone supposed to be returned within 14 days free due to warranty repair. Told no I had to pay for it and then claim it back from Amazon which they actually agreed to but then didnt refund!!! Phone was not returned for more than 3 weeks and as of this moment I havent got it back. INGRAM MICRO SERVICES NORWICH GB as per their email and receipt have no idea where it is. Managed to track down a chap called Alex here who said he would help but sounded so stoned he couldnt find a way to enter the Customer return number CR NO. and didnt know where reception or how to connect, Then he told me the phone line was owned by Lenovo although the 1st thing that happens when you call them is the recording says this is no longer a Lenovo repair centre, He was also unable to pass me to another person or department and wouldnt help with providing another number.

Really do not use -- after almost 4 weeks I have now received the phone back with a lovely letter saying how they fixed the device, gave it a refurb of all internal componunts and they installed software updates to improve the battery life and increase the opperating speed. All great -- until you switch it on and they hadnt done any of this -- the 1st thing that was needed was an update to the software and security patch going back to Feb 24!!! then about 20 other updates to the pre installed apps. Then after all that they hadnt fixed the problem at all. Still had the same issue as it went in for and the finger print reader was not even availiable in the security option to turn on let alone worked. Long and short was after a number of emails they said it wasnt their problem, they would not refund the repair charge and they stopped responding to emails. This is their email tag so you can avoid if possible.

Positive Bewertungen sind für mich persönlich nicht nachvollziegbar
Die positive Bewertung einiger (angeblichen?!) Nutzer ist schon sehr, sehr fraglich und lässt aufhorchen.
Es wird alles positiv dargestellt, was von vielen unterschiedlichen Berichterstattern mit negativ bewertet wurde.
Auch ich persönlich kann die gemachten positiven Bewertungspunkte nicht bestätigen.
Weder die Bearbeitungszeit noch das angeblich bei Ingram aufgefundene Schadensbild stimmten mit unseren Angaben überein. Es ist gut, wenn man sich vor der Einsendung des betreffenden Geräts absichert, d.h. eine neutrale Person (z.B. Händler vor Ort) den Fehler aufzeigt und sich evtl. einen Kostenvoranschlag unterbreiten lässt.
Wenn dann der Reparaturdienst - Ingram- auf einmal einen neuen Defekt aus der "Wundertüte" zieht, der zuvor nachweislich nicht vorlag, ist das schon sehr, sehr bedenklich.
Wenn hier dann noch Jemand von dem Dienstleister schwärmt, kann man es niemanden für übelnehmen, wenn er diese positive Darstellung mehr als anzweifelt.
Anscheinend ist bei der Verbraucherschutzzentrale diese Problematik auch bekannt, was für sich sprechen dürfte.
Wenn es tatsächlich so seriös zugehen würde wie den wenigen positiven Erfahrungsberichteschreiber darstellen, käme es im Gegensatz nicht zu derartig vielen negativen Einträgen.
Wenn diese positiven Bewertungen der Wahrheit entsprechen, dürfte es sich hierbei vielleicht um eine Art 6-er im Lotto- handeln oder dass diese eine außergewöhnliche Sonderbehandlung bei Ingram eingeräumt bekommen haben.
Ich persönlich kann diesen wenigen positiven Bewertung keinen Glauben schenken. Wie heißt es so schön ... "EIGENE Erfahrung" macht klug....

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS
Please do not send your device to this company. I sent a Samsung Z flip 4 to be repaired under warranty as the screen had started to fail along the fold line (a common fault), other than this the phone was pristine and had been looked after. I even spoke to Samsung who confirmed that it would be covered under warranty but it was a 3 week wait for an appointment for repair. Ingram informed us that the damage wasn't covered under warranty and sent us a bill for £350, I asked for it to be returned unrepaired, which it eventually was, although the packaging was rubbish and provided very little protection. Upon receiving the phone back there was damage to the device which wasn't there previously. The damage wasn't a lot but just enough to invalidate the warranty.
Horrible Customer Service
What a stressful experience their customer service was! They do not respond to anything quickly! I have a client who has issues with their Microsoft Azure file share, and the only way to contact them is via email. I then proceeded to call their support line, and no representatives were picking up the phone to escalate the ticket that we submitted. Do not use Ingram Micro for your vendor, as support is non-existent.
Sky or Ingram Micro scam?
Tempted by a reasonable offer for my phone, ear buds and double data, I went for the Sky Swap after 24 months > a newer S23FE for my older S20FE.
Little did I know but Sky use Ingram Micro, and after sending my carefully looked after, unmarked phone, I suddenly found the offer price for my phone had halved due to 'internal unseen damage'. On questioning Sky, I was told their third party inspection service had said my phone had screen burn-in, something that was a problem in CRT days, but very uncommon on a LCD device, especially with screen time out and other software tricks.
Knowing this as absolute rubbish, I said cancel the deal. Now, I am repackaging the S23FE which to my disgust goes back to Ingram Micro. Bearing in mind the S23FE is two weeks old I am now fully expecting some sort of bull**** to try and get more money out of me.
Terrible that in this day and age there are companies like this. Never even thought about looking them up until now.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever, combined with Sky protect, i had a Z Fold 4 512GB, which broke due to the Samsung engineers at the EE shop (that is a story i don't want to get in, and i bet the engineers are from ingram). On 6 occasions hey have sent me the right phone but incorrect storage, 256GB, i got the phone from Sky mobile, so what is going on. They keep doing it, and i think they may have software at Sky protect which shows every IMEI number as lower storage. Yes they are scammers along with Sky protect, someone is gaining money somewhere in the company by sending out the wrong phones, and insisting the phone you gave them was a 256GB phone. I really don't know but this is crazy, and i cannot cancel my insurance until they sort it
The odd person might get what they have maybe 1 in 20, but the other 19 of us are being ripped off by Sky protect and Ingram. These people along with Sky protect needs to be on that watchdog program, they are not scammers, they are thieves

Agreed to sell my phone via Giffgaff. Received my email quote and a label to post my phone. Phone was in immaculate condition in original packaging. Lo and behold it goes missing or stolen at a royal mail depot. Contact royal mail to be told the postage label is a returns label and the compensation is significantly lower than my phone's value. Been through a nightmare raising an official complaint with Giffgaff who keep passing it to Ingram micro who keep signing it from giffgaff but telling me to contact Giffgaff directly. Honestly my head is battered, now I am trying to get them to claim the compensation through royal mail which is becoming a joke. I have been to apple and the police to try and track my phone to no avail. And now Ingram are telling me they cannot pursue royal mail for loosing the package as they insist I have 'find my iphone' still installed! If I did I would obviously have tracked it and gone to get it myself by now!! Absolute scammers and judging by these reviews I wouldn't of got what I was owed anyway. So now I am now without my iPhone and will never see the £385 I was promised.

Hallo zusammen, wir haben wie viele ein Produkt innerhalb der Garantiezeit wegen einem bekannten Standardfehler der Elektronik (wie im Internet beschrieben) eingesendet und zwar einen XiaoMi 4pro Scooter. Die Rückantwort war, es ist ein mechanischer Fehler der trotz Nachfragen nicht spezizifiert wurde und den wir bezahlen müssten. Wir haben dies gemacht um das Problem aus der Welt zu schaffen.
Nach 3 Monaten und zig Nachfragen wurde uns das Gerät mit einer total zerstörten Verpakcung zurückgesendet. Die Elektronik hat gar nicht mehr funktioniert. Das Rückrad ist komplett blockiert. Auf telefonische Anfragen und Nennung unserer Auftragsnummer werden wir aus der Leitung geschmissen. Keine Rückmeldung per E-Mail. Wir sind nun bei einem neuen Serviceunternehmen von XiaoMi gelandet. XiaoMi hat wohl die Zusammenarbeit mit Ingram gestoppt aber der Vertrag läuft noch, deshalb landen Aufträge nach wie vor bei Ingram, wobei diese sich nicht um eine Reparatur kümmet, sondern nur versucht mit Sonderzahlungen am Ende der Laufzeit aus den Anfrangen so viel Profit zu holen wie möglich. Alles wird zu Lasten des Kunden gemacht, der Kunde klagt eh nicht wegen 100€. Nur wir haben ein Gerät, dass 800€ gekostet hat und das uns niemand reparieren will, und wir somit wahrscheinlich gezwungen sind, es wegzuwerfen, weil wir niemand bisher niemand gefunden haben, der uns verlässlich das Gerät reparieren kann. Das hat System, wenn jemand eine Sammelklage mit anstrebt sind wir dabei.

I like other people thought this company was run by my mobile phone company which happens to be Sky. Sent an immaculate Apple SE 20 in its original box with the cable and the pin for inserting the Sim. Two weeks later in brown paper packaging the phone is returned with no explanation and I had to use detective skills to find out about this company. I am now down the original box, the lead and the Sim inserter I was part of Sky’s swap 24 and I’m now involved in a battle with them because they are now charging me for this old phone along with my new one. They tried to say that there was a technical fault and I know for a fact that it had been extremely well looked after and was immaculate and working really fantastically. This company is a load of conmen and they are obviously stealing things and selling them on. Do not use.

Honestly leaving 1 star for Ingram micro is very generous of me.Throughout the years they went Down and Down and Down. To the point that their employees don't even care to help you.Long hold time. Not returning your calls and emails.I had a horrible experience with ther Cisco Meraki Smb team. It took me 5 days and maybe 20 emails and 10 phone calls to be able to order a single Meraki Firewall.The way they talk to you is like they are doing you a favor and you owe them something.Hope the management can see this review and start cleaning up that department from lazy ass people who don't want to work or help customers. They have hung up on me 3 times after being on hold for 40 min. They really need to fix that department issue

In till 3... Ser att i vikingen så är det sönder... Vilket tydligen är ett vanligt problem. Som är känt. Med andra ord ett fabrikationsfel!!!!!!
Efter några dagar kommer ett kort besked om ett hål i skärmen vid typ kameran. Vilket INTE fanns när vi lämnade in den.. (Har bild).
Nu börjar vill dom ha 500 kr för att skicka tillbaka den.
Typ 400 för att skrota den.
Eller 6500 för att laga den?????

Beware don’t be ripped of
Do not use this company! Sent a perfectly good iPhone in for recycling. Original offer £90 then I was contacted to say phone had screen burn and they would only pay £18. Refused their offer and got the phone back. I would rather smash it than let this bunch of scammers keep it. Took it elsewhere for recycling in the end. Cannot believe reputable companies ( I used O2 recycle) use them. I usually look at all reviews before sending anything off but genuinely thought I was using O2 and it wasn’t obviously that a third party company was being used. BEWARE!
Kiss goodbye to your phone or trade in fee
Sent an immaculate i phone xr as a trade in deal via Amazon. This phone had a screen protector had always been in a case and sent in original Apple box. They claimed it was screen damaged (not true) and we arranged return. They duly issued a ups tracking number for return which has remained as (not received) for 4 weeks. I suspect someone making a fair bit of money taking good phones and then rejecting trade in agreement. Amazon endorse this company and then do not want to know when things go wrong. Phone number supplied inoperable Avoid at all costs
Con Artist SCAM
Sent my phone for damaged charger port sent me a bill for £330 damage to the screen that I had not caused. when rang up to ask why the man was rude. My phone looks like it has be deliberately smashed to get money out of me so I am refusing to have it repaired and taking it somewhere else, as I refuse to put a single penny in their pocket for what they have done. I find it completely shocking that most phone company use these to send their phones to as I have read many reviews on here saying a similar story to mine. due to the distress this company has cause I have been suffering Migraines and stomach upset due to stress.
Avoid Ingram Micro 'Repair' at ALL costs.
I sent a Flip 4 to 'Ingram Micro repair' under Vodafone's
instruction. The handset had developed a periodic hinge sticking issue. I took several pictures of my faulty handset beforehand. Upon receipt, Ingram Micro informed me that my handset was out of Warranty & had damage. This is not the case. I received a 'repair' / replacement today. Upon opening the box, the back upper panel of the handset was clearly hanging off. My phone was in better shape before 'repair' (faulty hinge aside). Be very, very wary of Ingram's repair 'service'.

I'm on a contract with Sky for an iPhone 14 Pro. The screen on my phone out of nowhere turned green. I requested a repair through Sky since the phone is still under warranty. Sky then passed my details to Ingram Micro. I sent the the phone off bare in mind the phone is still in BRAND NEW condition without a SINGLE SCRATCH OR MARK on it as its been in a case including a screen protector for the camera too! My phone has been with the company since the 12th Oct. On the 14th I rang to query if they had received it, they said NO, luckily it was a special delivery, so i gave the lady at customer service my reference number she then said yes it had been received however it had not been booked in for the repair. A few hours later I received an email to say they had received and I could check online the progress of the repair, I was feeling hopeful. Today TUESDAY 17TH OCTOBER I received an email stating......"Your mobile device has been examined by one of our qualified technicians and we have found that unfortunately your mobile device repair is not covered under its manufacturer’s warranty.
However, as part of our dedicated service we are able to carry out a repair for you at a cost of £669.00" ABSOLUTELY TAKING THE F'N P**S!!
Immediately after seeing this email I rang them, the guy at customer service was polite, he told me the technician wrote that there was a DENT on my phone, I told him no there was not and that thankfully I took pictures of my phone before sending it off so of course I made a complaint because I made sure my phone was WRAPPED in bubble wrap like a ridiculous amount to make sure no damage comes to my phone. He then asked what was the reason for sending my phone and it was because of the GREEN SCREEN AND NOTHING ELSE!! I'm still waiting for this to be resolved!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! after reading the reviews I'm shocked that SKY even has a contract with this company!
