Absolutely amazed by the service
Absolutely amazed by the service I received, first they price matched whilst the order was being shipped, no questions asked. Then when it was delivered to the wrong address (courier fault) they sent another one next day. Really amazing.

Easy ordering, fast delivery. Had the wrong colour item in the right box, so emailed them with photo’s in the evening and the next morning they dispatched a new one, with no need to return the original. Excellent response time and one happy customer.

Light fitting
Ordered a light fitting from this company. Was a little wary as I’d not heard of them before but I needn’t have worried. The fitting arrived promptly, very well packaged and looks great. It’s not up yet as awaiting electrician but I’m sure I made the right choice.

Fantastic products and great website. Easy to use the site and fast dispatch and delivery. I didn't read the description well enough so spent a little time looking for the screws etc to fit but then realised it wasn't included. Wouldn't hesitate to use again

Replacement of glass old glass lamp…
Replacement of glass old glass lamp shade. After I found the part, from order to delivery only took a few days. Slightly different from original glass lamp shade, but you would have look really closely to see the difference
