I have had a few occasions necessitating contact with Indra Customer Care services. Mostly seemingly complicated to me but after answering the necessary and pertinent questions they have all concluded in positive results.
This was achieved in no small part to the friendly and professional expertise of the team generally but specifically Amanda and Andy. They should be recognised for their dedication to the tasks thrown at them. Thank you all.
Congratulations should also go to the System Monitoring Personnel. I recently had to replace my tether cable. Within seconds I received an email alert that someone was tampering with my Charging Unit.
Their EV chargers are not fit for purpose. I’ve had a replacement charger within 5 months of the initial installation. I had been without the charger for 3 out of those 5 months due to the charger switching off when connected. Customer service is awful, you have to chase them for weeks despite them promising to get back to you urgently. Replacement charger lost internet connection the same day of the install, I managed to fix it but had the same issue the next day. I now can’t use the app with it as it’s currently charging ok and I don’t want to risk the same issue I had last time. I would never go with Indra again and do not recommend them to anyone.
Our car Charger had been playing up intermittently and finally gave up end of Oct ‘25. Eventually new unit received Jan 14th. It has been lying in its box since . Despite regular prompting and excuses to the company no sign of being fitted to date 24th Feb ‘25. No direct telephone response from the company by either phone or email contact and mine go unanswered.
Very poor customer service. Strongly discourage anyone from using this company

Their customer service team has only three maybe four people??
For a company of this nature and size this is ridiculous, always number 17 in the Que, never get called back.
I’m on my 6th replacement unit, god only knows what I’ll do when the warranty runs out

My car charger has now run out of warranty and gone wrong,
Indra can only advice was to do a power cycle, I have tried this several times, which I tried to explain to them, Indra have now stated they will not proceed with running any diagnostic or engineer visits, not even offered the option to pay for diagnostics and or repair, just costings for a new charger.
We had a problem charging.
After trying the usual self help solutions and failed to get anywhere we had to get Indra Solutions desk involved.
Andy obviously suspected what maybe the problem but kept to a positive sequence of actions to check and in the end reached a satisfactory conclusion. Quite impressive. Thank you and also for advising on a long term solution.
I have had a terrible experience trying to get an appointment to fix my charger it’s over two weeks now still no engineer appointed charger keeps tripping and switching off. Having really bad connectivity problems charger keeps going offline and Indra doesn’t seem to have the team or the tools to get an engineer to my house. I have gave them numerous chances and contacted them several times.
The main terminal of my charger burnt out and caused a dead short of the main fuse. So all my electrics went out. Despite this happening in early December 2025 unfortunately Indra are not replying to my emails or phone calls.
It would be a zero star rating if it’s an option. I would totally avoid this company as we can accept that things can fail, but it’s how a company deals with that issue.
Their customer service and technical support is pretty much none existent. I’m an engineer by trade myself and I think the wifi dongle has failed in my unit, I went through the motions of trying to get it reconnected as per their reset instructions with no success. 4 hours later I finally got through too customer service who wasted time talking me through the reset process again, I thought ok let’s go through the motions and hopefully they will send out an engineer to fix this issue as it’s still under warranty to then get cut off. I called back from two separate numbers to get recorded messages saying something about license limit reached to then get cut off. It’s also funny that when you get through the recorded message goes on about a zero tolerance about abuse from customers to their staff of which I obviously agree with, but how bad is this company and how much abuse are you getting from disgruntled customers as I’ve never heard that statement from any other company

My charger lost Internet connection, my initial email to service was responded to really quickly. After a small exchange a replacement charger was ordered and delivered quickly. However since then I've been chasing for over 2 weeks to get an engineer booked in, no response or acknowledgement, just silence.
Mitch at Indra support is quick to respond and bang on in terms of solutions and customer support. I’ve had a few minor issues with my Indra charger but tbf it works as it says on the tin and Mitch is great support when real life prevents it working perfectly.
I swapped energy supplier from A to B and discovered that after the changeover my car wouldn’t charge
I then charged energy supplier details in the Indra app - car still wouldn’t charge.
Contacted Indra and within quick time, they changed my energy supplier details their end and solved the problem.
Absolutely superb service emailed indra my problem on Sunday 25th and had my new cable by Wednesday 28th just explained my dilemma and sent a few pictures of my charge point to Andy at Indra and he noticed my Renault cable wasn't plugged in properly then they sent me a new cable really simple no problems at all
