Bad experience. I bought this product expecting a noise reduction which did not happen whatsoever. The only response I got is that performance can not be guaranteed. It was so frustating because they dont give you money back either. $700 trough the drain.

We received our Indow Window inserts and got them installed with no issues, installation was a breeze. We immediately noticed a difference in our home temperature and are so happy our purchase.

We were very happy with the customer service especially guiding us through the process during our project allowing us to purchase half our windows first and then the other half at a later date.

The inserts are very easy to pop in and remove, we noticed right away that no air was coming in and the touch to the windows is not very cold like it is on glass windows.

We are very happy with the product service and delivery.

I have a bank of three heat pumps right outside of my bedroom/office window which are noisy. It made sleeping and working in the room difficult. The Indow inserts, combined with padded drapes, make sleeping and working significantly easier. The step-by-step process was relatively simple, and the sales rep, Brian, was helpful. I ordered one for my kids' room because there is a big window there and we deal with the noise of trains honking in the night. Our indow works amazingly! Room is also warmer now (in winter time) and they sleep peacefully through the night. Big difference!

I received my Indow Windows last week. They were super easy to install and look terrific. I ordered six for three different rooms. I love them! It has been very cold this week, but I am warm and cozy. I am about to order one more for my kitchen. I highly recommend Indow Windows.

I ordered two large inserts for my living room windows and replaced the bedroom windows using a very well known maker. The inserts do an amazing job abating noise and provide much needed insulation. Truly amazing. Yes they were expensive but a fraction of the cost of new windows. Yesterday we had a storm with awful winds. You could hear the wind through the new windows, however the room with the inserts was incredibly quiet. Today there is a foot of snow on the ground. The room with the inserts is cozy while the rooms with the new windows are cool. I'm also right next to the freeway and I must say indow makes living here comfortable. Indow was a life changing decision for me. I'd highly recommend them. The staff are personable and helpful as well. I'm considering more inserts, even over the new windows. Don't get me wrong, the new windows are great, but indow inserts provide amazing advantages. Thanks indow!

I love my Indows! I live one block from the freeway in downtown Houston and it was loud loud! Ok the wait time wasn’t ideal, but they were worth the wait. Phil held my hand throughout the whole process. He was always available to answer any questions I had. The ordering process was impressive. Now that the run on plexiglass is over I’m sure Indows will come quicker. One happy customer here! Thanks Indows!

From the discovery online of Indow to the installation it was worry free. Indow staff were helpful,the printed material easy to understand. The wait time went by quickly, when delivered well packaged. Installation by my contractor had no problems. Bob was impressed with quality,ease of installation,and the sound filtering. 8 windows were installed in less than an hour. Love that can remove and clean the 1887 float glass original windows.

Indow windows muffle the noise. They do not eliminate it. For $1,000.00 a window, I expected more. I’m glad I only started with a couple to test it out. I will not be buying any more.

After 16+ weeks of waiting for my acoustic insert it finally came. Fit fine, easy install and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to solve the sound issue.
I purchased one insert to do a sound test, you can absolutely tell by standing directly in front of the window if the product will reduce noise. The companies out is to say “you cant tell unless all windows in the room have inserts.” NOT true. I had one other window in the room that was far away and you CAN tell by standing in front of the insert if it blocks noise. They insult your intelligence by telling you you can’t. They have worked up quite the disclaimer on the contract so the consumer has no recourse once they find out the product does not do what they claim. Buyer beware. Save your money.

While there was a significant wait for my inserts due to COVID and other complications, my windows were well worth the wait and arrived just before the cold season started – great timing! They are beautiful and fit perfectly! They make all the difference keeping the cold out so they are doing their job, looking good all the while! The folks at Indow were responsive and communicative and did a great job helping with the original fitting and keeping me informed of my order status. I would HIGHLY recommend Indow to anyone looking for high quality inserts!

Installing the windows was a pretty easy process thanks to their videos which really helped. The windows look great, and more importantly they worked! The sound from the cars flying through the street outside our windows was dramatically reduced! We are so happy and so glad we went with this solution!

I received my indows in August and I must say I have been pleased with the noise reduction in my home. I live behind a super busy highway. While the indows do not completely block out the noise, such as low frequency noise such as truck noise/loud mufflers -- it does bring it to a murmur or hum. I think this is a good investment instead of buying new windows. I must also give kudos to the staff including Reed - they were super patient and extremely helpful. Thank you for everythings.

My son’s bedroom window overlooked a large grocery store and the early morning delivery noise was unbearable. I found Indow on YouTube and worked with great people to get the measurements correct, order the right type for the window, and we received it much quicker then I thought it would take for a custom order. It worked incredibly! My son couldn’t believe how much quieter it was and after ordering some noise-reducing curtains - he was able to sleep with no sound interruption. A life saver for sure.

My house is 100 years old. We replaced most windows years ago, but wanted to keep the leaded windows in the living and dining rooms. They sucked out the heat in winter, and let it in in summer. I waited for years to have the option to have IndowWindows installed.
My living/dining areas are now comfortable year-round. There are no more drafts! I now enjoy the beauty of those leaded windows without the discomfort of their antique design.

I couldn’t be happier with my Indows. I originally chose them to keep out the Texas heat and cut down on outside noise in my office. (100 year old house). It helped with both of those; however, during a freak cold snap when it got down to 13 degrees it was 72 degrees inside!

So happy with our Indows. They keep our house warm in the winter and cooler in the summer. We have a 1927 home with wood windows. We have replaced all the windows except the front ones. They are charming and we like the look. But, the old storm windows are so heavy and awkward to install and remove. Some were missing. We decided to try window inserts and found a company that was relatively inexpensive. We ordered and installed them ourselves. They couldn’t make a larger one for our picture window, so I contacted Indows and they made us a large insert. The difference in the products is night and day. The Indows are much better quality, fit better and work better. You really do get what you pay for. Lesson learned. I highly recommend Indows.

I purchased acoustic-grade window inserts to reduce noise from neighbors playing loud music from their cars in the Summer. I'm located in a major city and the rowhomes lined up along a relatively narrow street kept the echo of the noise intense on the 2nd floor as well as the 1st floor.

On installation, noise was greatly reduced within my home to the point that I can sleep through it from the middle room of the 2nd floor instead of waiting for it to stop. The front room gets enough low-frequency sound bleeding through to vibrate the floor, walls, and through the air (although air transfer is much less than before the installation of the inserts) so I still cannot use that as a sleeping space.

I am happy that the inserts perform well-enough that I can have conversations on the phone, watch television shows, movies, and use my computer without being drowned out by the intense noise from my neighborhood. While we can't expect miracles from them, they do make a big enough difference that my quality of life has improved.

I give 4 stars instead of 5 due to a long wait time despite the premium price. I understand the pandemic caused some issues with the supply chain, but that is for the business to resolve prior to accepting payment. I believe that is a fair expectation.

I would recommend them to others that have the same problem as I do, just know that low frequency sound isn't easy to stop at no fault of Indow, it's just physics of propagating waves through solid objects. I'm enjoying my new inserts!

My Indow windows inserts did not perform as expected. The constant road noise from traffic is still annoying, and there is not a tight seal, I can see space between the wall and window insert corners, also there is a condensation build up on the bottom. The wait for the took for the insert arrive was about three months, but I did received periotic emails on the order status, and Mr. Reed gave great customer service.

Profound reduction in road noise in our bedroom. Easy install. We are very pleased.
