My wife & I have recently returned from a 17 day private tour of Vietnam arranged through Indochina Odyssey Tours and we have no hesitation in recommending them and their services to others who may be considering a visit there. The trip was arranged via email with our consultant Liz Ling, who was incredibly helpful as we negotiated where to go, where to stay, what to see etc.etc. Our trip started in Hanoi and included Sapa, Halong Bay, Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park, Hue, Hoi An & Ho Chi Minh City, including a day trip down to the Mekong delta. In every location we were met and escorted by knowledgable, English speaking guides and experienced drivers in late model air conditioned vehicles. They were always punctual and had a good knowledge of each area we visited, but they also had a great sense of humor, which made the trip an even better experience. Accomodation & activities were excellent in each location. Lunches were magnificent - no complaints whatsoever. The guides even assisted us with the checking in process on each of our airport transfers - one could not ask for any more! A truly wonderful holiday because of IndoChina Odyssey and their staff.

I have been dealing with Allison to organise my trip to Vietnam. She has been extremely helpful and professional.My emails are always replied to within a very short period of time and she answers all my questions. I am looking forward to enjoying my trip and all the activities that have been arranged.

Allison organised our holiday through Thailand and Malaysia and it was amazing. At each destination our tour guide was waiting for us, ready with an air conditioned vehicle to take us around. There was a bottle of water waiting for us each time, sometimes cold but always appreciated. Once our pick up was at 1am, but no problem - Emmie, our guide was ready and waiting for us after our long flight to take us straight to our hotel.

Our accommodation was fantastic. We chose the 4 star accommodation and they were way beyond what we expected. Mostly they were boutique style hotels, full of charm. The breakfasts were delicious, buffet style but with selections that would suit all.

Even though we arrived straight after a massive storm swept through with several roads closed and attractions damaged, Indochina Odyssey Tours still made sure that we saw as much as we possibly could.

Allison worked closely with us to make sure that the itinerary suited what we wanted to see and there was no problem changing things around and adding more days. The ease of the booking has confirmed that we want to see more of these beautiful countries and we are currently looking at booking our next holiday with Indochina Odyssey and Allison.

Indochina Odyssey also organised a shore tour for us whilst we were on our cruise as well for the island of Boracay which was incredible. Snorkeling over a coral reef, feeding tropical fishes with bread, the amazing local seafood lunch, the crystal waters, the soft white sands .... amazing!!

Considering this was our first time using a tour company (which we knew nothing of and had to pick from a wide variety of options online), I was extremely nervous and wasn't sure what to expect when we got there. The planning process was seamless and I was pleasantly surprised and kept getting more and more pleased throughout this process. Our travel consultant, Joan Qin did a fantastic job in assuring me of the quality and professionalism of Odyssey Tours. Considering the entire engagement was via email, Joan kept in touch with me through a year long planning process with gentle reminders and helpful tips on airfares, etc. Joan also tailored the itinerary several times to suit my changing requirements and followed all my requirements perfectly. All hotels booked were excellent and the activities throughout the tour were great. I highly commend Joan Qin and the Odyssey team for their great work. One other note is the exceptional guide, Ms Linh Tran. Of the 5 guides we had across the tour, we had Ms Linh for 3 days in Huey and Hoi An in Vietnam and she just made an already great trip even more amazing. I'll surely book with them again and will recommend them to all my family and friends.

We had very good tour guides in both Vietnam and Cambodia. We were able to make some changes to the itinerary and the guides made suggestions to enhance our experience. Airport pick ups and drop offs were well managed and the tour transportation was comfortable. The breakfast meal at the hotels and the included lunches were tasty. We would highly recommend Indochina Odyssey tours to our friends.

Everything was 5 star from the beginning to the end of our tour. Cherry was an excellent advisor.

Our 23-day Southeast Asia trip was excellent in every way. The guides and drivers were professional and personable. We loved each of the hotels. The included meals were all interesting and delicious. I highly recommend Indochina Odyssey Tours.
The byline of the company is so true: You are never alone with Odyssey. Our guides made sure we arrived at each airport at the right time; they helped us check in for each flight; and were there to greet us when we arrived at each airport.

We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Bryant in arranging and organizing a tour of Cambodia for me and my husband. He laid out a detailed itinerary, and offered variations that we could choose from if we wanted to further customize the tour, He conducted a very comprehensive inquiry into our interests, preferences, needs and any special considerations, and arranged an itinerary that suits us to a tee. We have traveled extensively over the years, and found Bryant to be the most accommodating agent we have encountered.

Odyssey tours have been wonderful to plan our trip with. Nikki our consultant has been on call to answer any questions I had to ensure we were able to plan the perfect holiday for our family . She went that extra step to even help us when we needed to organise emergency travel replacement cards by alerting our hotel about the documents that would be arriving for us . We can’t wait to start our trip in a couple of days time .

We booked an 8 day tour of Thailand through Indochina Odyssey Tours. We would highly recommend IOT, they are extremely well organized and timely. They play attention to details which make their tours/guides very informative and enjoyable.
The coordination of services is impeccable and our experience with this company allows us to recommend their services.
The IOT tour coordinator, Allison Chiang, was a pleasure in planning this trip. We made several changes to our original plan, and Allison made these changes without any hassle.

Cambodia 2017, Vietnam 2018 What a star Christal is.....I could not ask for a more helpfull tour consultant...We are quite a funny group as its couples and single so juggling round rooms is fun, but Christal sorted it all and she has even booked or international flights this time..The 4 of us are really looking forwar to Vietnam and if it is as good orginised as Cambodia we will be back......I asked Christal to look into a tour for me and the wife for Christmas and I got a reply within 1/2 hr with advise where to go. 5 star service from the girl on the other side of the world.

We had a wonderful 8 days in Northern Viet Nam thanks to our tour organized by Christal Yao at Indochina Odyssey Tours. Christal offered us various possible itineraries geared to our time and needs. She changed them for us various times and as time allotment and physical needs changed. She was patient, efficient, and charming. She will be our first contact when we plan our next trip to Asia. We had beautiful hotels. What we loved most was that the tour was just our little group of four friends, a mini van, a wonderful guide and driver for 8 days. It was the perfect balance between being led around in a big group and trying to arrange everything on our own.

Mr Nam our guide was excellent. He was always on time, very professional, knowleageable and friendly. It was a pleasure to discover the villages and the city with him.
Our driver Mr Tam was very good as well. We enjoyed the way he drives on the busy streets. He was always careful.

We were very satisfied with the hotels that were included in our package.

We like the restaurants where we had lunch daily. The food were very tasty. Staff very friendly. And clean restaurants.

The only thing that was missing was wifi/internet connection in the car. With the long drive wifi always help.

Overall we had the best holiday ever. East/South East Asia are on our holiday list. We will definitely book with your agency.

I booked a 6 days tour with Indochina Odyssey Tours after reading so many good reviews on them. I was hesitant a bit even after reading the great reviews as they were located abroad. I decided to give the company a chance and it was one of the best decision I have made. I emailed the company and got Mia Wang as my consultant. She was very good at asking the right questions to come up with the perfect itinerary that met by budget. All my questions were answered promptly in a courteous manner. The trip was tailor made for me and totally private, which something I did not expect. It was great experience from beginning to end. All my needs were met and accommodated without any hesitations. It was a pleasure dealing with this company and I have been recommending them to anyone and everyone.

We booked a three week trip one week in Singapore and two weeks in Vietnam. Odyssey booked our flights,accommodation, tours guides and drivers. Everything went smoothly that was really great. The guides Tiep in Hanoi, Thuy in Hoi An and Han in Hoi Chi Minh City were all wonderful. Some places in Vietnam allow smoking and that's a pity. Also some of the tours are long and a little taxing in the heat. All in all a great trip and thanks to Odyssey and the guides.

I couldn't be happier Odyssey! They were wonderful to work every single step of the way. The communicate well, organized a great trip, every single aspect of the trip went perfectly, but the thing I appreciated most was that I truly didn't feel alone while in Vietnam. I had names, emails, and phone numbers of several people I could contact if I had any questions or problems at any point during the trip. That was a great feeling. We enjoyed each of our guides, our drivers were great, hotels were top notch, and each of the activities that were planned for us were amazing. It was an incredible trip and I have Odyssey to thank. We’ve just completed a wonderful China tour arranged by Odyssey. Our consultant, Liz Ling worked with us patiently for over a year to accommodate our numerous changes to the itinerary, and tailored the tour to meet all our needs. Everything worked as planned, even when a member of our party had an unexpected illness at the ninth hour, a wheelchair was arranged to be available in every city. Liz responded promptly to emails, was efficient, and provided excellent customer service. Our guides in China - Moko Ma in lovely Beijing, and Cindy Han in Xian, were knowledgeable and so very helpful. We enjoyed their company. Big thanks to Cindy for forwarding the photos she took of us. Hope to meet them again one day. To Cecilia, in unbelievably hot and humid Hong Kong, walking in what felt like 45 degrees Celsius wasn’t easy…thanks for being such a trooper. The odyssey guides were there from arrival to departure and really made the tours hassle-free. If anyone is looking to tour with no worries, I’d recommend they work with Odyssey.
