I made my order A month ago. I have heard nothing re shipping or any proof that it has shipped. I am now contacting PayPal and will request a full refund. Don’t trust them at all! They’re a sham company.

I received a dress that was not what I expected. Material was awful. Went back and forth with them and can't get anywhere. Looks like they got me. Would never order again..

i ordered....2 large tops....i wear a med. but thought i better order bigger....well still didn't work than no clue how to send back and get my money...i tried email oh
undelivered and call have to leave message....sure not going to happen PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY...AND I DON'T THINK THERE MADE IN USA A FRONT...

Do Not buy from this company. I spent 173 USD with this company and it was a joke of the quality of the garments. They are NOT as described and nothing like the image. I asked for a shipping label to be sent to me to return the items for a full refund. They have offered 3 different amounts and still refuse to make a full refund. They have even said not to return the garments since "It they are not worth it" I have escalated this with Pay pal they are not a reptuable company. They also state that, "Sara" is authorised to make full payment refunds to keep their customers happy. Which is obviously false intentionfor innocent buyers to believe. BEWARE of these so called companies falsely selling.

The ad said the clothes were US made—they came with “made in China” tags. I tried y try I return them ($80+). They said not to return them and they would refund $35!!!!!! This is a scam, rip-off company. If it advertises on FB, it’s a scam!!!!

I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. The bust was extremely tight, so much so that my daughter could rd raise her arms. Overall poorly made. No care instructions either. There was no return information.

This company is extremely hard to deal with. The goods are very poor quality and they will not refund. You have to wait for months.

I would give this company a zero star if I could!
They are now posing as Valencio.
They have placed a fake website link on their Facebook page that loops to another Facebook page. If you copy and paste the web link into a new tab, it is dead.
They have provided a fake email address to PayPal. My attempts to reach out to them via email were undeliverable.
They have blocked comments on their FB advertisements. These advertisements appear to have 3000+ positive reviews, with not even one negative review.
This is a fraudulent company!

Terrible! Ordered two dresses & two blouses. Only one dress fit--the other was so tight it wouldn't go past my bust (and it was not the size L I'd specified but rather an M). Both blouses were extremely tight--and they were size L. The fabric was flimsy as well. When they arrived, the shipping envelope contained NO packing slip or return information; and the return address was some guy on Rockaway Blvd. in NY. One dress fits and looks okay, but I'm gonna have to wear a minimizer bra with it to be comfortable. The only labels in the garments are the size--no brand nor fabric/care info--and a cute little hang-tag saying how eco-friendly and charitable they are. At least each was packed nicely in its own zipper-slider plastic bag.

Do not order from this company!! I wish I had read these reviews first. The quality is horrible and nothing like what is advertised. do not respond when requesting a refund. will file a claim through PayPal though!

Ordered two dresses, one fits great the other I need a smaller size. No one is returning my calls. I will file a claim with Paypal.

Having an issue returning. They asked if I wanted to exchange. When I said no I want to return they have not responded!!!

I ordered several dresses. They were cheap and didn’t fit. They advertise that they refund returns. Absolutely giving me the run around. Paid with PayPal and will file a claim.

The dress I received was of the CHEAPEST QUALITY, pure plastic, and it doesn't look at all as the one on the "Dress fashion" internet site. I wanted to return it and get a refund but I never received any answers to the mails I sent.
Unfortunately I hadn't read the reviews before, now I see that most of the other customers had exactly the same experience as I.
Don't order anything from that company.

Garbage clothing! They don’t allow returns! Rip off do not order from them

I ordered three items, and 2 of them are dresses. One of the dresses is not what I ordered and the other is too large. I contacted the company and they offered me $35.00 in compensation instead of the full refund of $83.99. The dresses are cheaply made and not worth anything. BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THE COMPANY.

Do not buy anything from this organization. The problem is, multiple websites link to the same company. Literally multiple "store fronts" for the same business. They also advertise in big bold letters that the clothes and shipping is US sourced but when you go to return, they start this endless negotiations of how much they will give you if you keep items. They start at $15 for a dress that cost you $58! I had to have PayPal intervene in one instance and accept a reduced refund in another (I didn't know it was the same company) just to be rid of them. Be careful. Lots of advertising on Instagram that sucks you in. In addition to all of this, the clothing is cheap material, not made true to size, and poorly constructed. Beware!!

Do not buy from them. Poor quality and will refuse to refund.
