This company has NO RETURN POLICY that actually refunds you $$. THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE anything...no matter how good the price or the look of the item you buy. I spent $200. The items were very poor quality. After weeks of trying to get a return "form" and refund...they finally emailed me that I could get $16.00 back!

Nice labels, poor quality items! Nonexistent returns service. They "offered" me $18 for $92 original price and I had to "settle" for $35. The site I ordered from was Ruwei. They customer service I dealt with was customer @ sitoofficial.com. And the refund came from Indiefit. Shady.

Very poor quality top and customer service is non existent. I would not recommend anyone dealing with this terrible company. If I could give it a minus -100 I would do it.

The worst company, .A ZERO star, the quality of the clothes which are terrible, nothing like what you see in the photos. Please don't buy from them, they deceive you in everything, it's a company of the worst quality.

Like many others would give zero stars if it was available. The quality of the dress was absolutely awful and it looked nothing like the photos on the website. I looked like a ship in full sail and there were ruffles that were not in the picture. They are very difficult about refunds and they just want to bargain with you until you cave in. Stay away from this very expensive utter crap. No more online clothes shopping for me after this experience!!!!

If I could give a zero I would, saw a lovely dress, ordered, took my money, 8 days later still no news on its arrival, I ordered in plenty of time for a 60th birthday I was going to, I e-mailed several times..please be patient, finally today with days to go for my event..I contact them, no could you please wait another week!!😱😱 what are you playing at I said why another week..we have to process..process what I said ITS A DRESS..WHAT TAKES 2WKS TO PROCESS!!!

This is poor quality nylon crap. Poorly made and nothing like the pictured product or the discription of said product!

This is a scam… do not buy here. Quality is awful and stitching makes it impossible to fit. Cannot return easily.

Ordered 2 dresses; not as shown on the ad and sized very small. I contacted them through the email on my PayPal receipt. They offered to let me keep the dresses and they would send me $21 compensation. I said no, I wanted to return them. Then they offered me $30 compensation, then $41, and finally $50. Each time I responded with no, I wanted to return them as they do not fit. Finally, they provided me with an address to which to return the items, but now I will need to watch for an actual refund. We'll see.

Ordered on July 2, 2024..they arrived on 7/17..I emailed asking if Ib can return for bigger size.response was I can keep just send 20.00 for shipping..i sent 20 thru paypal and now they say it should have been sent to Indiefit.com..are they crazy? Guess i am the loser ..never again

Order took almost 4 weeks to receive. I tried to cancel, but the company said the order was in process and could not cancel. Items were not as represented. Everything was very thin and very small!! I'm trying to get a refund now, and they're offering me $30 credit on a $130.00 order. Very disappointing! BUYER BEWARE!!!

BRUTAL product and customer service. Would not refund and tried to make me pay for a return! Cheap product and terrible company!

The clothes were not as pictured. I sent an email to indiefit explaining I wanted a return. They tried to bargain with me instead of honoring my wish for a return label. They offered me 33.00 on a 107.00 purchase!

Never buy from them. You will end up in disappointment and exasperation!

I’d give this site zero stars or negative stars if that was an option. Horrible quality and even worse customer service. There is no option for returns. Stick to legit online sites.

Don't buy from this company. They do not stand by product returns. It is impossible to get a refund. They want you to keep items that don't fit and are not as pictured or described. Will never buy from them again!

Crigne, Dress Fashion, Indiefit...I suspect they do business under even more names. There are these beautiful flowy summer sets going around on social media under various store names. Description says "jersey material" but they are not. The pants are all very smooth/ somewhat shiny with ZERO stretch. They run small, or I'm bigger than I thought, which is possible. I tried to return because they are too small and not what I expected based on pictures and description but they will not return. They offered to refund $28 off the 120 I spent. BUYER BEWARE.

Ordered a bathing suit and it arrived 10 days later. It's just as it appeared online. No issues other than I ordered a little larger than normal and it's on the small side. I will keep it because it is nice, quality was good.

This company has great pictures of cute dresses and then they send you flimsy thin polyester. There is no invoice included and no information regarding exchange or return. In fact, they use multiple names (Jane on the package, Dress Fashion on the web page, and Indiefit in the receipt) so you don't have a direct method of contacting them. Do not buy from this company.
