I am the Honorary Consul of India to Lithuania and my name is Wing Commander ( retd) Rajinder Kumar Chaudhary, VSM.
I had the opportunity to interact with Ms. Sonal of eVisa Department regarding a Lithuanian Citzen Ms. Alina Adomaityte who inadvertly applied on a private online service for visa rather late but has to leave for India on 7 Oct, 2017 .
The interaction took place yesterday and she informed that as yet her application had not reached and gave the necessary advise .
This afternoon I called up the helpline on her behalf as she is rightly distraught and to our good luck she again happened to be on line and did An extraordinary job by giving all the correct information patiently and assuring that now that the application had reached , all should be okay hopefully by tomorrow morning.
The relief that she brought to the applicant can be best presented by putting my highest appreciation for this lady . The rating is upto 5 which I have given but I wish I could even give more if there were some way.
Such efforts bring good name to the eVisa of the MOHA in the eyes and the minds of the Foreign Applicants that Indeed India lives by the ancient Indian traditions that " A GUEST IS LIKE A GOD".
My Compliments to Ms. Sonal and to her colleagues at the HELPLINE desk who are the best care givers to the distressed needy.

I would like to take this opportunity to "Thank" Abhinandan for the FANTASTIC service he gave me when I applied for my eVisa.

Abhinandan was prompt and quick with his response. I was stuck in Dubai as my last eVisa had expired. I travelled from the US on an expired Visa (I did not know validity of the visa is 60 days from the start of first entry). When I reached Mumbai to my horror I was sent back. Luckily my flight had a break in Abu Dhabi and I got off in Abu Dhabi.

I saw the 12 hour eVisa option online and quickly called your number listed. Abhinandan helped me out and he was really God sent to me. I cannot Thank him enough, he worked so efficiently and got me the visa quickly and I took the next flight back to India.

He was not just helpful in doing his job but he also knew I was v upset he should humanity and asked me to stop crying and told me everything will be fine. Very few people take the time to call back and show care and concern. He showed genuine concern towards not just my visa case but also towards me.

I am greatly appreciative of him! I highly recommend him!! He has been one of the BEST person I have interacted with. in a long time.

Really great experience with this visa service! abhinandan kumar was a Great help. I needed an super urgent visa asap and re helped me out immediately. As I didn't have an Indian number I could contact him via WhatsApp and he informed me about the process. I applied for it on Saturday afternoon and got it within 16 hours next Sunday morning. Even it was expensive it was definitely worth it! Thanks so much again🙏🏻
