I must say Service from Pooja who answered my call has been AMAZING..... 10 Star's from me.
I only booked flight on Monday 23 flying on 28 Oct. I was worried if I had enough time to get Visa !
But when I spoke to Pooja, she guided so Efficiently that I am lost for words.....EXCEE...LENT !

I have recently applied for an India visa and left it quite late.
The on-line application suggests you apply at least 4 days before travel, which I did. Should have done it a little earlier but I had been very busy. I submitted everything I was asked for and made payment.
But on the Monday morning I received notification that an invitation letter was required, I had not previously been asked for this so went into a panic as I am now due in India in 3 days. I contacted the visa company and spoke to a lovely lady Ms Sonal, who informed me of the 'Urgent' service and began helping me, I send what she needed and she was in constant communication with me. Everything is now being processed and hopefully I will have my visa by tomorrow. Thank you Ms Sonal.

I made my application, paid and received my "succesfull application" mail, but never received an answer wether my visa was or not granted. Tried sending emails to the e-mail account of this agency and never got a reply.
I send an mail to the Official Visa center, and they told me none application was sent with my passport number. Which means i paid for nothing.
Tried sending to mr. Abhinandan, and the same. No reply.
I highly do not recommend it. It's a con.

Thanks so much to excellent assistance, Ms Sonal. She called me immediately to Indonesia after I submitted my visa application last week and assisted me to provided better supporting document. Today I called the online help desk and she immediately addressed my question and forwarded my granted visa in second! It was bit worrying for me as normally I received a visa one day after the payment. Unfortunately this time I had to wait for 4 working days. With response from Ms Sonal and her immediate action, finally I received my visa and happily I will visit incredible India again.

I tried many times to ask for help with my visa applications. Sonal was the only one who listened to my queries and was willing to help.
