I had some trouble getting my eVisa because the payment that was made was not recognized in the usual manner. After a few back and forth emails the payment information was found in the system and the eVisa was promptly issued.

The eVisa is a wonderful new option in the travel Visa process. Probably the greatest feature is that one does not have to summit their passport for dispatch via the postal system and that result is fast.

I m Irish citizen .i applied India e.visa 23 Nov 2017 .and got that visa with very quick service..staff was very helping,,,.ANKIT who helped me to get this visa and guide me about my application filing...
I really appreciated his help and kind services. I think we need experience and helping person like him everywhere.
I must use them in future any services.

I had a complicated situation where I discovered my Bangladeshi passport -which carried valid Indian visa - had less than 3 months validity. So I applied for Indian visa on my Canadian passport which I needed by earliest 4 days. However, with the weekend in between, there was a risk of missing my flight but Pooja assured and ensured I got it in less than 24 hours! Am very pleased with the efficiency and will happily recommend their service.

My Naanima (grandmother) was in the hospital in Delhi, and I applied for the emergency visa online from Canada. I got my visa within 2 days and I was able to meet my Naanima before she passed away.
