Then I received an email saying I had to re-send the scanned copy of my passport, which I did in a timely manner.

Indian Visa made easy ... Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to Ankit to helped me throughout the visa application and assisted me when I made minor mistakes and assured me, that the visa would be granted once I have sent the correct info (photo of passport page).
I would definitely advise this online application to anyone requiring a visa.
Secondly, I applied for my sons visa`s on Wednesday 29th and received confirmation of successfully approved within 72hrs, which is a credit to you and your organisation.
India has finally found an easy route for applying online instead of the long queues in embassies years ago.

I recently applied for e-tourist visas for my entire family ( 5 applications in all ! ). Though the application seemed pretty simple and straightforward, I ran into issues uploading documents as they wouldn't save properly. I also had some technical issues in information not being saved properly. I had to call their customer service and they provided EXCELLENT service. I had no issues contacting them & getting through them with no wait period . When they heard my issues , they assured me that they would fill in the necessary details from their end. They also caught a few errors in my application and corrected it at their end. What I really liked about them is they are easily accessible through phone, email and they keep you updated on your application status from time to time. Once all required documents are in place, the processing time is very quick ( within 2-3 days ).

I am very thankful for their services especially Riya and Pooja and would definitely recommend them for any one who are planning to visit India.
