Great work by Ms Sonia

I am writing this review for Senior Sales executive ms Sonia. She is very efficient and Personally looks after your application until it is processed. This was the most easy dealing with any Indian company I had in a long time.

So as per usual I was disorganised when …

So as per usual I was disorganised when preparing for me trip and left my visa to the last minute. It’s my first time doing one. Through the whole time your staff member Pooja was very helpful calling me aswell as quick replies on the email which helped me complete it. I wouldn’t of been able to do it without the help of your staff member. The price I was not happy about but the service provided was excellent and so for that I cannot complain about the price.

Sonal was exceptionally helpful to me …

Sonal was exceptionally helpful to me today in helping me to sort out my email muddle with my e visa application forms. I had trouble with my photo and passport and she kindly and efficiently sorted it for me. Hopefully I will receive my visa soon. Thank you Sonal and I review this company highly and would recommend it to anyone.

Indian Visa Application Process

Hi,
The responsiveness of the visa office team is exceptional.
I did have some challenges with the online form and had to re-enter the data even if every page should have been saved. Very frustrating and led to errors on my side. This form should be re-designed.
One staff member did not have the proper level of English to provide support. I was getting quite frustrated and felt that I was going nowhere for a few days and loss valuable time. Until I talked to Pooja Poptani whose command of English was excellent. She followed-up and was very pro-active. She made the whole process very clear and I could conclude the transaction much faster thanks for her help!

My application for an Indian e-Visa was facilitated by Ms sonal, senior sales Executive whose assistance and guidance throughout the process was exceptional and much appreciated.
