Pro: Some helpful information provided, breakdown of budget and deficits given, and respectful staff (i.e., Gil Hewitt).

Cons: Time-consuming process, which may not be able to lead to financial and negotiation support to reduce and eliminate debts. May not provide an optimal solution.

Called the company twice within 6 months and they could not help; either too early to help me out with the creditors (before falling behind payments) or too late for them to do anything (2-3 months behind).

Recommended that I reach out to creditors to settle debts or declare chapter 7 bankruptcy, which did not seem like an appropriate solution.

I am working with Accredited / Beyond Finance to negotiate settlement offers, but they charge a 25% fee. They were able to get one offer to stop a civil suit brought on by AMEX. At least Accredited is trying to help me instead of jumping to declare bankruptcy.

They pay on time. When I paid one debt off early they did as I asked and put those funds on the one I wanted it on. So that will get paid off faster.

They texted me a time to schedule an initial call. I get all ready and answer the call at the appointed time. Even received a text 5 m before stating I have a call in 5 m. When the phone rings I answer and get a digital message and then placed on hold for 4 minutes until someone is available. You scheduled the call with me! Why wasn't someone immediately available?

Should eliminate some of the credit like some of the other subscribers are doing. Making the people pay the whole debt as the credit card it self!!!! So it clear their credit. Also fix people credit scores. They Stat the same as not paying anything at all!!
