Excellent professional service

I had several debts that I submitted…
I had several debts that I submitted but some were not paid and sent to collections. There also needs to be better communication besides on the website when you log in to your account. I would think you could negotiate with creditors to bring down the amount of debt like other companies. This company seems to work for the creditors, not the people trying to get out of debt. I wish I would have done more research before I agreed to use this company. I am only trying with this company to finish out what debt they kept.

I've been with InCharge Debt Solutions…
I've been with InCharge Debt Solutions for a few years now and have yet to have a bad experience. I do wish they were a bit more engaging, though. It's easy to forget when to check your account and make updates as needed. This isn't a bad thing at all! I can go MONTHS without worrying about looking at my account, but I would love a reminder every 3 months to update the accounts on my profile.
