Poor Customer Service Again
I encountered the same issue as before. On November 21, 2023, I posted a review about how my order was only processed after multiple inquiries and a phone call. Once again, I had to email to check if my order was processed, only to be told that they didn’t receive it due to a “system error.”

I emailed my quote and received the quote the same day. Once I verified the quote I placed the order, i received an email stating that the order was being processed. Within a few days I received a confirmation that the order had shipped. excellent service

Exceptional Customer Service
I normally do not take the time to complete surveys but your customer service rep, Maria Bonfim, was exceptional. Her patience with me is very much appreciated. I told her at the beginning of the phone conversation that I am old, don't like computers and the one I do have is SLOW... she walked me through every step and was so kind. I am in the retail business and customer service is the most important aspect of a company's reputation. I am so very grateful for her kindness.
