Si vous cherchez des pépites vintages

Si vous cherchez des pépites vintages, c’est chez Imparfaite qu’il faut aller! Je ne suis jamais déçue. Petit soucis de livraison sur ma dernière commande, mais ça n’est pas de leur faute. L’équipe a été très réactive et à tout fait pour trouver une solution. Merci Raphaëlle pour ton aide ;)

The clothes 😻

Here is the DL, website is a new experience to get used to but the clothes are just perfect and returns are as well easy. If you’ve ordered and see something you like after the fact you can contact them and they’ll combine shipping. Try to send your offers in at one time since they expire in 24 hours.

So big love to the customer service team! Can’t wait to be a repeat customer

Imparfaite is an incredible resource for vintage shopping. I’m always so happy with my purchases from there, when you get used to vintage shopping online and know your size and measurements, the listings are well detailed and always as described. Shipping is also fast, and customer service very quick to reply

I love vintage hunting in this marketplace because the quality is assured, the finds are unique, and the customer service is excellent. Les pièces achetées ne convenaient pas en terme de taille mais étaient en parfait état. Le service client a été exemplaire et rapide pour obtenir le remboursement ! Très pratique !

Tout simplement le meilleur site de vente de vêtements second-main en ligne. Le choix est immense, la sélection de qualité, les pièces magnifiques et le service client excellent. Je peux respecter ma planète tout en exprimant mon style personnel, loin des magasins de fast fashion. Contrairement aux autres plateformes en ligne, les retours sont possibles. Great customerservice with always…

Great customerservice with always positive vibes. I have found some lovely vintage treasures which stand out from the crowd. The quality is so much higher than todays fast industry. I will definately remain a customer of Imparfaiteparis :)

Beautiful site and excellent customer service

I purchased two items from Imparfaite. The selection is beautiful. Unfortunately there was some confusion over the availability of my items and I was refunded in full for both, and given a code for free postage in future. Oddly, one of the items did arrive in the end. If was packaged beautifully. I was able to communicate with the team quickly and effectively to ensure the funds reached them. Will shop again!
