I have been a client of Simon's since 2022 to help reunite my whanau here in Aotearoa. Our journey has been a very long one. It started in 2015 with a immigration consultant and a lawyer both were unsuccessful this why I reached out to Simon in 2022. It started with the ministerial intervention (successful in 2024) which was a lot of work and effort. This ministerial intervention would not have been successful without the aid of our local MP in 2023. My husband Fijian born was granted a visitors visa in February 2024. We then had to apply with Simon for a work visa which was granted October 23 2024. We then got on to the partnership residence visa application shortly after. We submitted all our evidence an required paperwork in April 2025. There was a delayed due to my side, however we were successful and my husband was granted partnership residence visa this time last week. We received the call from Simon I was thinking the worse. However it was the best news ever. Simon and the team Hya were persistent and communicated well on the client portal. If we needed to supply something they will update us asap. Simons support and advice was genuine and did not give us false hope. I wish I could write more but there are just no words to express how I feel.

First off I googled searched the best immigration lawyer in NZ!
Immigration trust popped up so I took the plunge and paid for a consultation. I had been to numerous lawyer to help with my husband situation. Simon was the only one who gave us a solution! After speaking too him for 5 minutes. Less than 10 months gathering all require documents we finally submitted our ministerial intervention. Simon was very meticulous in what we needed to provide to help our case. He was very understanding when I stressed. He did not lie, when he said it will be very difficult to get all required support documents. Simon never gave us false hope. Very professional in his approach to our very difficult case. We are still waiting but Regardless of the outcome of our ministerial intervention IMMIGRATION TRUST IS THE GO TOO!

It was an amazing experience for my partner and me on our RV21 application.

I was approaching Simon park from Immigration Trust for my wife's visitor visa application at first. My wife's previous application was rejected and we realised some complications in the same. It was a situation where I had no choice other than to be an expert on my wife's case and researched a lot. One of our friends suggested Immigration trust do a consultation and decide if they could help us.

We explained our whole story to Simon and patiently listened to his advice on the same. While we handle an application, there may be chances to get into trouble or any communication issues with the INZ. It was Simon's words that made us decide to apply for another visa for my wife through his team. My wife's application was successfully approved last year and she came to NZ only because of Immigration trust. We are grateful to their team!

While I was looking for an immigration adviser for a resident visa in New Zealand, I found out about the Immigration Trust through a Google search. The company's homepage and the phone consultation with Simon provided enough information including various successful cases to give me confidence and it did not take a long time to sign the engagement document. Before submitting the application, Simon asked for specified materials based on the firm's long experience, and Simon and the staff always reviewed the materials carefully before submitting them. Also, I could witness them being really detailed and hard-working. For example, one day, Simon cut off all contacts and concentrated solely on my application when he checked out my final draft. I was referred to Simon for help with a S61 request. I had become unlawful after a situation beyond my control. Simon explained we had a lot of work to do, it wasn’t going to be easy but we will do everything we can, and will work as a team.
In just over 2 weeks I’ve been approved a 6 month work visa and I’ll be engaging later this week to progress my residency/further visa applications.
