I've been buying action camera accessories from here for a while now and so far I haven't been disappointed.

Ordered canon lpe10 battery for my canon eos 1300d camera and got it delivered within 4 days the delivery was fast I did cash on delivery and it works incredible the product is also geniune and original also it was my first time ordering it from this site. You can definitely trust the site.

The site has some really good Camera and lens options available which are not there in Amazon or Flipkart. I bought a TTartisans lens. Product i received was original and brand new. I reduced one star because they took some time to ship the product and my home address was not serviceable by their shipping partners

They have promised to be delivered in 5 days. But they shipped after 5 days.

I have wasted a significant amount of time chatting with your support team, only to receive delayed and unhelpful responses. It has been **over two weeks** since this incident, and despite my attempts to reach out, your team has not responded to the incident until now. The calls don't connect, and the chat responses are painfully slow. This is a complete failure on your part.

For a growing e-commerce platform, this level of incompetence in handling customer orders and communication is pathetic. Canceling a paid order without proper handling is unacceptable, and it is clear that you do not value your customers. You have lost my trust entirely, and with this terrible service, it's hard to believe your website will succeed in the future.

This was my first and **last** time ordering from your website. With such poor service and blatant disregard for your customers, I highly doubt anyone would want to buy from you. Rest assured, I will not be recommending your site to anyone and will be sharing my experience widely.

You need to seriously improve your operations if you want to survive in this market.
