Review for IamStudent Website – My Experience

I ordered software from their website, and they promised delivery within 6–8 hours. It has now been 5 days, and I still haven’t received it.

I also made another order which I later cancelled. They said the refund would be processed to my payment mode within 5–7 days, but it’s already been 8 days and I have not received any refund.

Their customer service is unhelpful – they just tell you to “wait until the end of the day,” but after that, they stop responding.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. They test your patience, delay responses, and fail to deliver on their promises. Be cautious and think twice before ordering from them.

THEY ARE FRAUD, NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE,
THEY WILL NOT DISPATCH YOUR PRODUCT, AND WHEN YOU WILL CALL THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER, NEITHER THEY WILL CANCEL THE ORDER NOR THEY WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY.

BE AWARE OF THESE FRAUDSTERS.

Very bad customer service

I ordered a Xbox series S. But I wouldn't recommend this website. Although they charge for delivery. The box itself is damaged. So I didn't open the seal and contacted the customer service for replacement. They asked for a unbox video and just said since the product is ok you can start using it. The customer service is bad. They didn't do anything to resolve the situation. Just go with amazon or flipkart.

One of the best customer service.

Recently i purchased a product from the store and required additional assistance with delivery. The Imastudent team were prompt, helpful and courteous when dealing with my request. I highly recommend this store for your purchases.
