Far too much hard selling of cosmetic procedures
I used the clinic for one specific purpose, to remove a tiny milia. I had to complete an obtrusive questionnaire with compulsory questions about which parts of my body I hated the most! I won’t be returning.

The best …
Advice given and talked to through procedures. Not rushed, friendly and clinic is immaculate.
Worth the travel and although not the cheapest, you get what you pay for, Dr Sophie is the ultimate professional and all the staff are knowledgeable and happy in their environment, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Hidden gem
I went to Illuminate skin clinic for a hay fever injection treatment as I suffer badly Every single year. I did some research on the available injection and came across Illuminate Skin clinic not knowing that the clinic was nearby and offered a whole host of treatments. Upon arrival to the clinic, I was greeted and taken care of astoundingly. During my treatment, I was explained fully about the injection and felt comfortable and safe. The lovely lady who carried the treatment out for me was very informative and made me feel like I was making the right decision with going ahead with the treatment. The refreshments and seating area was very relaxing and an added bonus to my appointment. After learning about Illuminate skin clinic I am intrigued to look into the various treatments available and would definitely consider returning.

After explaining what I would like to achieve Carrie took the time to discuss a variety of treatment options and explained honestly what results I could expect from each so that we could establish the best plan. Carrie’s knowledge, experience, creative eye and skill created fabulous results which exceeded my expectations.
