I appointed ILaws as I wasn’t particularly happy with a local solicitor preparing my Will. ILaws attended at home which was ideal. The gentleman who attended was very professional. When I received my draft Will & POA, my date of birth and telephone number was incorrect. Also the address of one of my executors was incorrect. I contacted the office and these errors were rectified however it did unsettle me slightly as this is basic information. I had to chase the office twice to send me my Will. I just think that ILaws have so much work on due to their extensive promotion in the media. I have now received my Will and the POA takes about 9 months. I thought the cost was very reasonable and the bonus is that an estate planner comes to your home. I have awarded 4* due to the administration errors

How would I put it one short phone call one week later a gent in a black suit visited us one hour later done and dusted no pressure right to the bare facts ,finished.

The information was explained to us very carefully. No question was made to be silly or information being explained again. Explaining what the difference between each policy was. We came to Ilaw expecting to be baffled with law talk but it wasn't like that. Very friendly. My friend has also been to you after we explained how friendly our experience was .
