Worst delivery and assembly service existed! Never showed up at the scheduled time! They left without mounting a 2mt library to the wall! They never call back! And you pay for these services that they have outsourced and they are clueless how to follow up with it.

The worst company ever. My package came and it was broken and wet... After that i took another bed like it and builders never come to fix it!!! I back the bed and i ask refund and after them emails like money will be back in the week.They never deposit and after 2 months I don't have my money. I call them and i go to the store every day...

Θα ήθελα να εκφράσω τη δυσαρέσκειά μου για τη διαδικασία παράδοσης της παραγγελίας μου, η οποία έχει παρουσιάσει επαναλαμβανόμενα προβλήματα συντονισμού και καθυστερήσεων.
Συγκεκριμένα, η παραγγελία μου έγινε στις 24/01 και παρέμεινε σε επεξεργασία για δύο εβδομάδες. Κατόπιν επικοινωνίας μαζί σας, με ενημερώσατε ότι βρισκόταν προς παράδοση. Παρότι σας έδωσα συγκεκριμένες ώρες διαθεσιμότητας, η πρώτη προσπάθεια παράδοσης έγινε σε ώρα που σας είχα ενημερώσει ότι δεν θα μπορούσα να παραλάβω.
Ο οδηγός της μεταφορικής με παρέπεμψε να επικοινωνήσω ξανά με το ΙΚΕΑ. Έπειτα από νέα επικοινωνία, ενημερώθηκα ότι θα λάβω μήνυμα από την SVUUM για επαναπρογραμματισμό, όμως ποτέ δεν ειδοποιήθηκα. Αντιθέτως, συνεχίζετε να επιχειρείτε παράδοση σε ώρες που δεν βρίσκομαι στο γραφείο, παρά τις επανειλημμένες προσπάθειες επικοινωνίας και συνεννόησης.
Παρότι στο παρελθόν έχω μείνει ικανοποιημένη από τα προϊόντα σας, η εμπειρία μου με την online εξυπηρέτησή σας ήταν απογοητευτική.
Θα εκτιμούσα μία άμεση λύση στο ζήτημα, καθώς και βελτίωση στη διαδικασία συντονισμού των παραδόσεων, ώστε να αποφευχθούν αντίστοιχα προβλήματα στο μέλλον.

After a month had passed and didn't have an update on my punches I call the company trying to find my order. The local transport company couldn't find it and told me it was lost!
I called IKEA for a refund, and I'm still waiting.
Today 15/02/2025 still no refund and don't answer my calls. Such a shame for such a big (SMALL) company not taking care of their consumers. Keep away from them. You will get scammed and lose your hardworking money! The only answer you will get is that tomorrow it's our priority to refund the amount, and you never get anything back!!!

Terrible company and no trustworthy! We were expecting our order weeks ago and after several phone calls they told as that out order will come on the specific day we asked . Of course they never contact us and later that day a message came that they couldn't reach us!! A week passed and they arrived with wrong order and damaged goods!!! Again we spoke on the phone and they reassured us that they will fixed it...we are still waiting..!!! Stay away from them! If they can't find a trustworthy collaboration then dont expect good services..Also stay away from DIAKINISIS the trade company they work with...

δεν παραδιδουν ουτε σε ενα μηνα την παραγγελια που υποτιθεται οτι χρειαζονται 7 εργασιμες.
απο την εξυπηρετηση πελατων σε εμπαιζουν διαβιβαζοντας μηνυματα ο ενας στον αλλο χωρις να λυνουν τιποτα.
οταν ακυρωνεις την παραγγελια τελικα δε σου επιστρεφουν τα χρηματα.
εκανα καταγγελια στο συνηγορο του καταναλωτη μετα απο προσπαθεια-ταλαιπωρια ήδη εναμιση μεσω επικοινωνιας με τον εμπορο.

Ikea Greece and their delivery company Diakinisis is a mess beyond any mess we have ever experienced
We placed a € 1600 order, for 2 sliding door wardrobes in December knowing that we are coming to athens on the 10th January.
Delivery was meant to take place on Saturday 11th.
Customer services were also notified that delivery was meant to be on the 6th floor
Diakinisis attempted delivery multiple times in December for no reason whatsoever !!!!
When we finally arrived in Athens and waited the entire day on Saturday 11th the delivery never arrived.
Monday 13th we receive a call from Diakinisis saying that the boxes were heavily damaged and no “lift” service had been booked.
The total weight was 364 kilos.
The size of the boxes didn’t fit in the building elevator either
As we had limited time in athens we asked them to deliver.
We managed to salvage 1 full wardrobe only due to the fact that we have a building company in the Uk and we know how these wardrobes fit together
No customer with limited knowledge of the product would have accepted the delivery because strictly speaking there wasn’t a single item that was not damaged
We took all boxes to the six floor ourselves!!!!
The fitting team we had booked independently (not through Ikea thank god ) had to be shifted to another day. They were understandably furious and asked to be compensated for loss of work on the day
Myriads of calls and emails later the new items were delivered 3 weeks later and we had to extend our stay in athens.
It’s a pity I cannot upload pictures of the delivered boxes that resembled items you find in the trash
No compensation was offered
All in all I would fire the Eshop Director on the spot and take away the contract from Diakinisis.
Even better I would suspend any Eshop purchases and deliveries till this mess is sorted out
Ikea Greece, This review is not meant to be spiteful it’s only a reflection of your failures.
We work with Ikea uk the last 30 years with seamless purchasing and delivery.
You are out of your depth and it will only get worse if you don’t get your act together.
And lastly maybe you should go back to the the recorded calls and check your emails to verify that we have never been rude to any of your staff and hear our exasperation as it unraveled

Zoeken in Nederland naar een product als voorbereiding mbt inrichten huis griekenland is niet 100% Productnummers komen soms wel overeen en namen ook, soms moet je op beide zoeken omdat bv nummer niet bekend is. Maar daar is overheen te komen. WAt echter bijzonder is, het enorme prijsverschil, van een simpelproduct wat in nederland 10 euro kost, betaal je in Griekenland 13 of 15 euro. Een dekbed, , 79 euro in nederland kost in griekenland 149 euro..... 70 euro duurder??? hoe kan dit.... belasting, 21 procent of 24 % dat verklaart nog steeds de hoge prijs niet, ook net de loonkosten, want die zijn, vergeleken met nederland, veel en veel lager, waar zit het dan? Transport????
Terrible Online Experience
Ikea Greece's online purchasing is a mess. I have tried 3 times over the past 2 months placing orders for local delivery in Athens and the orders never arrive. The ordering system says the items are in stock - and will be delivered within 5 days - yet in just doesn't happen. Every time.
You would think a large company like Ikea would have their act together. Even in Greece. But sadly, no. And good luck getting a refund.
Buy elsewhere if you expect to actually receive your purchase.
Astonishing amateurishness
Unluckily I have to join the group of one-stars. First our order didn't go through and continued pending. We called, chose "continue in English" and were answered by a recording in Greek, nobody answered. Finally we got through on the greek line. BUT: items were not delivered for several weeks, only after we called again, two of the items were missing and although they promised, we have not got the money back even several weeks later. Compared to others here we were lucky, but the amount of amateurishness is astonishing in a company that should care about their international reputation. Greetings from Sweden!
Online orders are a scam
Made an online order on October 16 after several delivery delays they delivered the order with half missing items worth 3000 euro...they delivered half of sofa,half of bed.despit the calls I made every week till now I don't know what to do ,no body answers or care because you only have to call customer service and that's it.

I am deeply disappointed with my online ordering experience. Despite paying in full, my September 2024 order remains incomplete as of February 2025. The delivery process has been chaotic and unreliable, and customer service has been unresponsive, unable to provide solutions or updates. I regret trusting this service and strongly discourage others from placing online orders with delivery, as the lack of accountability and support has been unacceptable.

They never deliver your product if you buy online! The people that work at the call center don’t receive any training at all and they don’t have any professional information system like other companies, and that’s a fact! They search the site to see if the products are available! Their only training is to tell you lies in order to stop you from calling a lawyer and from reporting them! Never buy online, TERRIBLE experience. We are waiting for an order to arrive that we placed 20 days ago (!) with no update whatsoever and the people in the call center know nothing about it (but it’s not their fault, the company is a scam). The call center company(I don’t know if it’s IKEA but IKEA is disgusting nonetheless for hiring them) should have been shut down and face the law. Disgusting.

The worst IKEA of the world! Wrong product codes in the store, online shop never updates the status of order, delivery of products takes ages. If it wasn't the brand of IKEA, I would have thought I was scammed. The kind of service offered in Greece is not worthy of the IKEA brand.

I was charged for services NOT provided. Additionally, they did not sent all the items I had given to them. Literally, I paid items and gave them to their logistic service, and they did not ship everything. Unacceptable customer service. Hopefully they will reply to the European authorities I have reported them to, since they don’t seem to reply to me to resolve my issue.

I got an SMS they’ll deliver today, later I received specific time frame, I arranged to be at home until 15:00, no ring no call, I checked with IKEA they told me it was out for delivery. Right after I hung up I received an SMS that they couldn’t delivery because of the recipient (me).
Avoid buying online, to save yourself from a nervous breakdown! The worst customer experience!

Bought 3 closets / wardrobes in October, around the middle of the month - ordered online.
Diakinisis, their useless shipping partners literally dumped the order in our living room - my spouse was on the phone at the time.
That would be probably OK, only they dumped just 1/3 of the order, they left no packing list, we had to trawl through the paperwork to find out what was delivered.
A gruelling couple of months followed, with countless man hours spent trying to get our stuff or our money back. The staff on the phone are completely decorative, they really cannot do anything else than tell you that “someone will call you”, which if course they don’t.
This happened ( we got our order delivered) just before December but bits of it were messed up, too many hinges, not the shelves we ordered etc. At this point I was exhausted and thought to myself suck it, let’s go with what we have and get the missing bits later.
Then they were hacked, so I could not return the extra bits they delivered nor order online. Shelves are not actually an “off the shelf” item (good pun and delicious irony) so I could not purchase anything else.
This I did earlier today, 27th of December. They took those extra hinges back, got my in store credit and the shelves I was missing were apparently in stock, so things were looking up.
NOT! Apparently their system does not show stock real time, so I had to get back to the queue to get yet another refund.
I had already spent 3 hours in the shop so I am embarrassed to say that I basically broke down, told them to shove them and left, losing / forfeiting my 25 euro refund in the process, I was simply mentally exhausted by all the standard responses.
Especially on the phone, you almost feel like you’re speaking to a machine.
Bottom line, if you value your mental health and your time, do not purchase anything other than the usual tattle they sell. If it does not go right (which it appears is very likely) you are in for the loooong haul.
Though the frontline staff are helpful and try their best, it appears that management is non existent. I’d bet they are “family”, if you catch my drift.
PS.: I cannot wrap my head around the fact that they run out off stock so often, even with basic stuff. Completely boggles the mind as to how companies like this survive. But wait, we all know, but it truly is another story.
