Never received my order. Got returned to sender according to auspost and have emailed 3 times and no response from them.
Do yourself a favour and boycott them. Absolute scam

Apparently my order was returned to sender after it had been posted to the wrong place.

Hello I placed my order and sent confirmation of payment on the 23rd of November. I have sent 2 follow up emails and have not had any correspondence. I have also tried the chat on the website and again nothing. Can you please confirm [Order #83506] (23/11/2024) has been processed.

They Got shut down and took our money in the process, Absolute criminal.

Two orders previously that I received quite quickly. I placed an order last Monday, and much the same result as some of the other reviews on here. Zero communication about the situation. The website now states they have closed. Seems like a last minute snatch and grab.

I ordered $150 worth of products, and it took me a week to receive shipping. I checked my Aus post app today, and it says my package has been returned to sender. It’s a bunch of BS. It never even made it into my state. It says it was ready for collection at some place in Sydney, I don’t even live in NSW. Clearly a scam from the beginning. I have not received any kind of email back regarding this issue, and have not been issued a refund. I’m actually disgusted at this site. It doesn’t even deserve one star, it deserves 0 stars. Way to go guys, ripping off poor people for your own benefit. What a way to go into the Christmas period!

8 business days no shipping or confirmation. No communication through email or live chat. Be cautious when purchasing website has now been updated from normal to 72hr delay now to 120hr... I purchased with express shipping and still hasn't even been processed or shipped

Waited for nearly a week and my order was returned to iget today. Sent emails requesting for an update but had no response. Order #84817.

Edit: Their business is closed and stated on their website that they no longer operating their business. Are we getting our refunds back ??!

I have waited for nearly a week and my order was returned to iget and to try contact iget has been a nightmare. They have no phone contact and only email address which I have enquired about my order and I am receiving generated emails stating that I have provided wrong address even though I have ordered several times in the past.

Placed order #84944 5 days ago, sent proof of payment via email as they requested, I have since had zero corospondence to numerous emails nor has my order been shipped. I'm super pissed as I always order through these guys and have never had a problem before, not answering emails is absolutely unprofessional and I'm beginning to wonder if I have been scammed.
