IGET has got in contact and fixed my order after a few emails, it did take some time but they fixed the issue.

Never received order. Zero communication. Don’t bother. Happy to remove review if someone either sends my money back or sends me my order. Extremely upset.

My order got returned and now they wont refund my money, resend my order, or answer my emails. SCAM.

Did not receive my package. Tracking stated it had gone back to sender and I sent an email requesting refund or resending and heard nothing back.

I did not receive my package. I reached out to the helpline and did not hear back. Out of pocket now and did not receive a refund whatsoever.

I have not received my items they were apparently returned to sender that’s what it said when I checked the tracking when it was taking so long I have contacted the company by message on their site and by email and I have not had any reply’s smokes like I just lose my money and do not get what paid for so upset about this

Parcel has been returned to sender in Sydney, ordered 2 weeks ago.

Purchased and paid for my order 2/12 was sent the tracking the next day however they were then sent back to the company by Australia post. I’ve emailed many many times for my money back and they have since shut down their business.
Taken multiple people’s money and no refund or communication whatsoever.

Previous to this they were excellent and reliable so not sure why they are doing this now

*They messaged me on 26/12/24 stating they were under new ownership and were processing my order however it’s now 10/1/25 and they won’t respond to messages and have not received order even though I’ve asked for my money back multiple times since. Paid $175

I didn't get my order

Normally very good service and quick delivery, however on this occasion my parcel has been returned to sender on tracking details. I sent an email two days ago following this up, but have yet to receive a reply as to where and what’s happening with my order.

Waiting for someone to send my money back to me as I never received anything in the mail

I still have not received my order even though I have paid for it it was returned to sender without even getting to me.

Sell good products with a good price

I'm still waiting for someone to respond to me after the delivery was returned to you and have sent three emails and nonresponse. Now your website has shut down and guess who's out of pocket because of it
