I have not received my unit yet (The Air model), but felt compelled to write an early review as my experience with researching these swim products verses others, and my subsequent purchase experience with iGarden have been very informative and very positive. iGarden's products reviews were consistently the best at this price point and for units that were not permanently installed.
Finally iGarden themselves have made the purchasing experience very easy, and have since my purchase been over the top keeping informed.
I am very much looking forward to my unit arriving.

I purchased a K36 robotic pool cleaner in May and found the suction skirt was not fitting in any longer due to broken tabs. I contacted online support and sent pictures and video and of the issue and was issued a replacement free of charge!
The support staff were friendly and professional!

I’m so excited to get my iGarden Swim Jet X! I can’t believe there’s finally an affordable option to turn my small pool into a workout station. Also excited just to have a current in the water for playtime. Communication with iGarden has been great so far!

I can’t say enough good. I bought a vacuum K25 for our small pool to get the tiny algae particles. It didn’t work. Blew the particles out with water exhaust. I communicated with the Igarden support team. They 100% of the time answered very fast. The team explained it all to me but I just couldn’t get it to work. I upgraded to a double filter vacuum. What a difference. Cleans great. Great product. Great customer support!

I have a swim jet X pro 10 and the battery failed. I garden was quick to replace it. Their customer service is awesome. And the swim jet is everything I expected.

I bought the iGarden pool robot last week, but it did not meet my expectations. However, iGarden has promised to upgrade my vacuum for free, which I appreciate. I hope the upgraded version will resolve the issues and perform better.

I had an issue with my initial order. I contacted customer service and they responded immediately and worked to help make the order right. You rarely get service that quickly and thoughtfully. I really appreciated their help.

I purchased the K36 Series Vacuum and unfortunately it does not perform as shown. Unit does not skim water, also cannot climb walls / steps. Unit passes over light dirt piles and hardly cleans bottom of pool. I have asked for assistance on the matter and was happy at response time and the upgrade the offered to correct the concern.

Got my SwimJetX and WOW! Game changer for my swimming exercising in my pool, and the kids love it! Easy to set up, easy to move around the pool, and easy to love!

Customer service is fantastic! I have a vinyl pool liner which the K-pro could not climb the walls. It did a good job of cleaning the floor. The technology of this robot is unbelievable! With pushing one button and away it goes.its a h great machine.

Purchased the Swimjet P Series P200. Haven’t hooked it up yet but did my research but I’ve unboxed it and it’s apparent that this is a well-engineered piece of equipment not some toy. I am more than super stoked to get this set up.
