I have had immediate responses from this company regarding the issues with my pool cleaner. I am totally amazed with their customer service and concern for my situation. I would highly recommend purchasing from them for anyone who has doubts about buying a pool cleaner. They responded to my every email within less then 24 hours and have rectified my problem. Had trouble with cleaner . The support team at i garden got back to me right away with solution.

Former competitive swimmer. Can easily out-swim level 4 on the second tier unit. Swimming against the current just takes a little patience and allows a longer distance swim experience. Others in house enjoy the "massage" from the current and the grand kids enjoy holding onto a rope and body surfing with a kick board.

I'd suggest the top tier unit for those active swimmers. The mid-range unit might not be enough resistance for you. Otherwise, love it! Easy to use and store.

I love this! I am 61 and have increasing pain in my back and I can't get into a local pool when I am off of work. This has exceeded my expectations! I had some questions which were all answered promptly and professionally. I cannot thank the team enough for great customer service and a fabulous product!

I got my IGarden X30 this month and have enjoyed getting a swimming workout without going to the local pool. Typically it was difficult to swim in my pool as is not big enough to do proper lengths. Now I just put it in the pool and get a workout. I won’t be back at the local pool until winter

Company is very accommodating. Customer Service is great. I was disappointed in the way my new robotic pool cleaner worked. Without any hesitation they're replacing the unit immediately. More companies should have their ethic!

They were responsive and courteous with their customer support. I backed one of their Kickstarter projects. They overestimated how quickly they could fulfill orders, with timelines being pushed back on several occasions. But they took the time to keep me informed and provided very generous enhancements to my order to make up for the fulfillment delays.

We couldn’t be happier with our purchase! Not only does it transform our small in ground pool into a legit swim pool; but whenever kids visit they always ask us to “turn on the waves”. The build quality exceeded expectations and the ease of use is everything it was advertised to be. While waiting for it to be shipped, customer service email responses were quick and personalized.

After having issues with our K series pool cleaner(disappointed) after a short time of owning. I am extremely happy with the response from the company to replace the defective equipment. Overall, a great experience.

The Swim Jet from iGarden is the best investment I've ever made for my health. I'm hoping to go from a "former" swimmer back to a regular swimmer. The first day we used it I wasn't in the mood to start with continual freestyle swimming so we (two 63yr-olds) just jumped around in the strongest current and ended up spending an hour in the pool instead of just 15 minutes, and I still felt like I had worked out! Another benefit is, the movement of the water seems to make the pool feel cooler. That's a big accomplishment living in Phoenix!

We received our Igarden swimjet x30 about a month ago. It is awesome being able to really swim in our backyard pool! My husband is a very strong swimmer so we probably should have bought their most powerful unit. With the p30 he swims at the highest power level. He can not swim full speed, but if he slows down just a little he is able to get a great work out in! For the average swimmer this unit will have more than enough power for you! Even though he can’t swim full speed he is still extremely pleased!

I have the X5 or what used to be called the X30-P30.

I am a former triathlete who was never the best swimmer. My device has 4 levels of resistance and even at level 2, you get a serious work out. I would highly recommend if you are considering. I have tried swim spas in the past and this is much better and for what it is, very reasonably priced. I keep the battery in the house (it looks like a Sonos subwoofer) and keep the jet outside covered with a towel. So far, so good.

The IGarden KN36 pool cleaner has been a great time saver for my spouse and I. The unit does a fantastic job cleaning our pool as it cleans the walls, floor, and ledge of the pool. As a retired couple we value your time and the iGarden KN36 pool cleaner does that for us. Gone is connecting a hose through our skimmer and adding the attachments. Then when you are done, the cleanup putting the hose and attachments away still needs to be done. Now the hose and attachments sit stored in the garden shed unused.

One thing I can tell you that I have not seen on pool cleaner websites is that everything that my iGarden KN36 picks up does not go into our cartridge filter or pump filter. So I am saving time there as well. It reduces the frequency that I have to clean my cartridge filter as well as the time it takes to rinse out the cartridge filter!

It is so easy to clean everything that the KN36 picks up in its basket. We get long pine needles, bugs, tree bark, hair, you name it. Being a couple miles from the beach we must get sand in the pool because it also cleans that up! The large rubber rollers really do a great job on the floor and walls of the pool.

Operating the iGarden KN36 is a breeze. Set your self up with a charging station somewhere inside to protect it from the sun. Simply make sure you have fully charged the unit, use the easy to follow instructions to select what you want to clean in the pool and for how long. Holding it in the water twist side to side to get the water distributed and let it sink to the bottom. It wall start cleaning after it is ready to go. There is also an iGarden App that you can connect and control the unit. The KN36 allows me to just start it up and walk away to do some other chores around the house or just relax. How sweet is that?

Depending on how windy the weather or if we have family and friends visiting, we run the iGarden KN36 accordingly. I have run the KN36 consecutive days on windy days with no issues.

I do not write a lot of reviews but now that I am retired I have a little more time to review businesses that are professional and provide good products, good food, and great service. iGarden is that type of business. I have called and emailed iGarden to ask questions about the unit since I bought it directly from them and they always replied promptly.

My last comment is, when will you begin selling a iGarden pool surface skimmer?
