My son shattered his brand new iPad screen yesterday and I was at a loss of what to do. After a quick search I found iFixOnWheelz and took a chance considering another large electronic repair business never returned my call or email. Alex our tech was AMAZING! He showed up right on time, was responsive to my messages, and took all my worries away. I would recommend this service to anyone. Times are uncertain right now so the fact I could have it safely repaired right outside my home was truly fantastic. This is truly a wonderful business

“Ahhhmazing customer service! My screen went black this morning. I work at a local hospital and was pulling 2 back to back 16hr shifts. I had no clue when I was gonna be able to get it fixed and I'm not from the area so I'm not familiar with how to get place to place without waze. I searched online for a iPhone repair shop, they all closed at 5 and weren't open on sundays. I searched about 10 local companies. Then I found ifixonwheelz, but wasn't sure when they would be open. I went ahead and put in a request online at 8:21p for tomorrow at 10:30a. At 8:22p it was assigned to Alex. I logged into my account with them and at 8:37p I get another update stating he is in route. He responded to my question regarding my phone within a min and he notified me when he would arrive all thru the site. It took him less then 15mins to fix my screen. I was even able to pay the bill thru the website. I was shocked and ecstatic that it was fixed tonight and I didn't have to take it anywhere. It was so nice that he came to me. The whole process from beginning to end was so easy and smooth. What a great company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING IFIXONWHEELZ!!!”
