As our support team explained to you via phone and chat, if the equity in a client's account becomes negative due to trading, the client is responsible for covering the debt. In your case, after being stopped out, the broker provided credit to offset the negative equity, allowing you to continue trading.
When you initiated your withdrawal, the $2.44 credit was deducted from the withdrawal amount to settle the negative balance.

Good support but high spreads
"IFC Markets offers good customer support, which I appreciate. However, the spreads on some of the most volatile currency pairs, such as GBP pairs, are excessively high. This makes trading in those pairs less profitable and harder to manage risk effectively. Reducing these spreads would greatly enhance the trading experience and make IFC Markets a more competitive option."

False Label on Product
Luring clients to your platform, with false advertising.
Why are you insisting on cent account? Never did I mention, or insinuated that I was in search of a cent account from my reviews in here!!! You are the one who brought it into the conversation. I actually pointed out that you don't know the difference between cent account and micro account.
My main concern, and what I found corny, is, you've purported to offer a product, branded, and sold it as a micro account, but it is NOT a Micro account.
Your platform claims to be offering Micro account. but, you don't have a micro account, what you have is a standard account. both of the products you offer have same contract size for a given lot size. and that, my friend, is not a Micro account.
All I'm saying is that, you are luring clients to your platform, with false advertising.

1lot size = 100, 000 units
on 'Standard account'
1lot size = 100, 000 units
is there a difference between Micro and standard, in terms of contract size?

Hi
I have been using Ifc markets for over 10 years now
and never had any problem. with them.
What i like with the nettradex platform is that you can start with a microlot and the start trading with only 100 units like a cent account.
And as you grow your account you can add smaler units the 100. for example i take a a position with 100 units and take profits you can add it to your units with only 1 units so you can now trade for 101 units and while you accout you can add more units anytime. sory for the bad english because it is not my native language
