As a new incomer to the Forex world, I found IFC very responsible for it's customers. All information in the website update frequently. Any changes which are related to the traders are sent via email frequently. All financial formalities are done very soft and reliable.

Claims to trade in currencies they dont…
Claims to trade in currencies they dont support, and on top of that takes commisions for opening a account while withdrawing. Because I didnt do a trade. $7 gone on top of that $5 dollar withdrawal money. Thats 13% of my $100 to commisions and fees

Customer support is worst.
Customer support is the worst.
I " just " asked the Deposit fee.
But the Customer support man arbitrarily deducted from my account Without answering my question.
he doesn't explain the system of deposit fees.
It became a hassle so I stopped responding.
I think he can't read Japanese.

As clearly stated on our website: "In the case of no trading activity or detection of abuse of the payment system commissions reimbursement policy for replenishing the trading account, IFC Markets reserves the right to fully debit the payment system commissions from the client’s balance."
This means that if you withdraw funds without having conducted any trading activity (at least $1), the company will deduct the payment system commissions from your balance.
This policy was also explained to you by our Customer Support Manager, who communicated with you in Japanese. He is fluent in the language and provided the necessary explanations.
Please note that the deduction of deposit fees is handled by our Backoffice department, not Customer Service, as was mentioned in your review.
