Never go
I brought my phone in to see what was wrong with it and said if it was going to cost over $100 I wasn't going to do it but then they looked at it and they charged me $100 It was too late never go there
Their prices are way too expensive

iDropped it Where Are You?
Packed up, Boxed Up and Moved On. Not my iPhone 8, that is still unaccounted for. I am talking about iDropped It. Where are you? Not sure how a business that praises its online profile can vanish in a matter of two months. Appreciate if we can have our Phone back.

Business closed without returning my iPad.
On 17 December 2018 I dropped off an iPad mini for a screen repair. That day I was called to advise they needed to get parts in for the repair which would be done by 19/20 Dec. I went to the shop on 21 Dec, however it was already closed (I assumed for Christmas). I have tried on numerous occasions to call and attend the shop since then. Today I was informed by the building concierge they simply had not returned. I now see the business has closed without returning my iPad!

Convenient, quick & did a great job. Dropped my phone & the screen smashed in the morning, by lunch time I had droped off my phone & picked up the repaired phone. Can't get better than that!!!
