They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and they were really accommodating throughout the whole procedure. They made me feel at ease and answered all my concerns with care and consideration. Even after the procedure they answered any questions i had promptly and they made sure to check up on me to make sure I'm doing ok. I definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking at getting a hair transplant. Everyone at IdealofMeD has been amazing.

Since my initial contact to date, I have had a really good positive experience.
I was 1st contacted by Anas, who has been soooooo great & been by my side throughout! He immediately offered video calls, which was great & not done by most hair transplant businesses!.
I was verrrrrry anxious & worried when I contacted IdealofMeD, as I had originally booked & paid deposit with another company, which I’m glad I didn’t go ahead with, as IdealofMeD were more professional, trustworthy & realistically managed my expectations. They showed care & concern, especially as I am a black woman & they didn’t have any pictures of previous black females on their website or Instagram, (They did have pictures which they showed me though).
I’ve recommended they update both, especially their Instagram, as many people use this platform when researching. All arrangements such as airport transfers, hotel, surgery & aftercare were professional & seamless.
I was always transported in a luxury van, my 4* Hotel was lovely, the surgery was done in a very clean & modern private hospital. The surgery team were knowledgeable, experienced, professional & nice & Anas was always there for translating. They have a Hair Back App which is helpful to track my care plan & upload pictures for review & Fatih is always available to answer any questions (he’s so nice & helpful). I removed my scabs as instructed on day 10 (they messaged me the day before as a reminder & provided instructions). So far all is looking well. My recipient area looks good - OMG I have hair where I haven’t in over 20 years!!! My donor area appears healthy & not overharvested, which was a major concern for me (& deterred me from the original company I booked with). Sadly, my donor area didn’t provide as many grafts as I/we hoped, because of the many years of wearing tight ponytails & wigs pulling on my lower hair resulting in significant bald areas). I’m pleased IdealofMeD didn’t take the required 4000 grafts just to please me aesthetically for my front/hairline, as this would’ve over-harvested my limited donor area. Instead 2864 grafts were used & I’ll need a 2nd surgery to achieve the lowered hairline that I want (& to avoid overharvesting donor). I have 1years supply of their vitamins & I’m looking forward to when I can start taking those, to see how/if it benefits my hair growth, as well as PRP treatments which I’ll be starting with their associate here in London UK.
It’s very early days, so I’ll obviously be monitoring my progress - as I do find myself looking at my hair everyday, which is not great as I’ve got a long way to go… However at least my journey has started well & positively. Big thanks to all of IdealofMeD team!!!
(They deserve 5 stars & I would’ve given 5 Stars if their website & Instagram included more info/pictures for black/afro customers, especially women. Hopefully they’ll seriously consider this in going forwards).

I received five star treatment and the operation went well. The hotel where I stayed was upscale and the transportation service performed as agreed. Recovery has been fast and I can always contact the clinic if I have any questions, concerns or worries. I won't know the final result until six months from now, but so far, two weeks after the operation, everything has gone well.

The hair transplant institution is very professional, and Mesut is both friendly and professional. He patiently answered all my questions. It is difficult to express in words how professional and friendly the team took care of me. It is like they are going not only one extra mile to help you but if there is a need they will go a hundred miles extra to provide the best service. Accidentally I broke my tooth on Saturday evening, and as soon as Emre ( my dentist ) found out about the problem he changed his weekend plans. He sorted out my head X-ray scan and all the necessary paperwork by midday the implant was inside my jaw. It happened so quickly, painlessly really like they have done it hundreds of times. I need to mention that Sunday for Emre was a day off. He sacrificed his spare time to help me and make sure that I was OK, at the same time Edi the driver went to the pharmacy to buy all the necessary medicaments. I do not know how I can thank these people. They are the best!!!

There are a few firsts that strike you about the whole team. From the meet and greet team, who are always eager to ensure you are in the right place at the right time, to all the Dental staff. The friendliness of the team, nothing is too difficult to achieve, or provide. The staff are always willing to ensure that you are well, and not wanting anything. The professional approach to the task, but always maintaining the happy environment. The cleanliness of the whole area is very commendable. The attention to detail when fitting the new smile, is finally over and is presented. The Hotel accommodation and food are of the highest standard. The hotel facilities and the immediate area all make the whole experience relaxing and pressure free. Thank you to the Idelaofmed. Special thanks to Emre his phone was on 24/7 always answered my questions, took me for a dinner and Turkish sweet shop. Very pleased with my new smile.

Good service we was there with our Child they helped us with everything. And the treatments was also super.

I’m only 16 days after the transplant and, as it stands, all the scabbing has gone and the new hair is yet to shed, so I have a glimpse of what the final result will hopefully look like and I’m very happy with it!

The team at IoM are very compassionate, and the process from start to finish has been smooth.

Turkish airlines even cancelled my flight to turkey 4 hours after it was due to take off and IoM scrambled to move my hotel and operation all by 1 day.

I honestly can’t fault them at all and would recommend them to anyone. Obviously the most important thing is the final result which will take roughly a year to see but if it’s anything like it currently looks I’ll be ecstatic.

4 weeks ago, I had a hair transplant procedure at IdealofMED in Istanbul, and although it is still too early to judge the final outcome, I am very impressed by the professionalism and care provided by the entire team.

Every step of the process was meticulously planned and executed, from the initial consultation to the actual procedure and the post-operative care for which they provide very clear instructions. The staff was not only highly skilled and experienced but also very attentive, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout, with special kudos to Fatih who constanyly checked on my comfort and well being.

Furthermore, the facilities were modern and very hygienic, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. However, I must mention that the chair on which I lay during the operation was uncomfortable and caused some pain in my back, which made the experience challenging at times.

Despite this inconvenience, the team's dedication to delivering a successful hair transplant was evident. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend IdealofMED to anyone considering a hair transplant.

All staff were great, very welcoming and professional they all made me feel at ease. Shuttle pickup was great and hotel (hilton) was exceptional.

Ideal of med got recommended by a friend who visited the clinic over a year ago, his feedback were highly positive that i got myself to contact ideal of med and compared all other hair clinic there were the first one to offert to call me instead of only texting. That already show me how professional there are. Overseas health procedures can be a little stressful but ideal of med team made it the completely opposite. From the airport transfer to the hospital transfer everyone we’re highly friendly and so welcoming. The hospital itself is one of the best known hospital in Istanbul (told by a friend who is a paramedic in Istanbul) the hotel i stayed at was fantastic, surgery day went well, and the post operation help respond from ideal of med is absolutely fantastic, there are constantly effective of responding to any questions and very quickly. Highly recommend you guys are amazing. Thx you. Thank you also to all the medical team at the hospital you guys rock.

I felt really safe in their hands, they care for their work and craft. Hotel was nice and they booked taxis and everything for me. Very happy with the results so far and it will only get better :)
