Excellent service experience
As well as the clear information on the website, the solicitor provided all the information about what to be expected for the session. The process was clear and easy to follow during the session, and it was done in just minutes.

Great service and easy to use
I needed a video ID5 verification to assist my 92 year old mother, who is now in a care home, in the selling of some land.
I contacted ID1 verify initially speaking with Hamzah via WhatsApp and phone. After explaining the circumstances, Hamzah said he could assist and ran me through the process. I then booked a time online for the following morning, when I would be with my mother. Everything went smoothly on the video call and Hamzah was great with my mother and explained things clearly.
The form came through the following morning as agreed.
I would certainly use them again as required.

Thank you, David, for taking the time to share this. We’re so glad everything went smoothly on the call and that your mother felt at ease. Verification by video can make things much easier for families when travelling isn’t practical. We’ll pass your kind words on to Hamzah, and we’d be happy to help again whenever you need us.

Professional and quick
We contacted ID1 Verify to arrange an ID verification, and from the very start, Hamzah was professional, friendly and incredibly efficient.
The whole process took less than 10 minutes, and we received the completed documents back within the hour. It couldn’t have been easier.
I would definitely recommend ID1 Verify. Not only does the service save you the time and hassle of travelling to a solicitor, but the price was also cheaper than other options we looked at.
What impressed me most, though, was how professionally the whole process was handled. Excellent service from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I would highly recommend this solicitor as he was so good and i received the paperwork same day. Also a great price.

Verifying by video is often the practical option when getting to an appointment in person isn't straightforward, and it should adapt around the customer rather than the other way round. Good to hear the paperwork reached you the same day too.

Appreciate you leaving this, Gordon — and glad the appointment went smoothly.
We only work with SRA-regulated solicitors, so the person you spoke to is the one whose name and signature go on the form. Good to hear it was a straightforward experience.

At 77yrs, verification guided & put at ease.
At 77yrs, with recent mobility issues I was concerned about being verified by video phone. Touched a link supplied, screen wrote ‘I would be joined by host shortly’. Host appears, asks name, dob, address + pertinent questions. Guided me to hold passport left hand, phone horizontally in right hand. Took 2 photos showing passport with my face to right, advised verification complete.
Will send certificate today. All in 7 min.

Thank you for writing this up in such detail, Derek.
Being verified over a video call is the part people worry about most, particularly if getting out to an appointment isn't straightforward. A step-by-step account like yours will reassure others far more than anything on our website can, so we're grateful you took the time.
Anything at all you need, we're on 020 8064 3436 or hello@id1verify.co.uk.
