I love ordering from them. The swimsuits and clothing are true to size and they are very flattering. They always have good sales and deals going on. Everything is affordable, and boosts confidence

I love this boutique! The items are super unique and comfortable fitting. The shopping experience in general is flawless. I recently placed an order last Thursday and received my items this Monday. The turnaround time is amazing and I will definitely be a forever customer.

I promise you, do not bother with this store. First buyer and I tried to return an item because it was too small.. and they rejected the request with no explanation. Very unprofessional. I wanted to return the item and purchase a bigger size lol definitely won't be spending my money here again.

There costumer service is terrible. To be honest I never give reviews or complain bc I usually read the fine print but I did slack on reading the return policy with this company. I don’t return stuff when I order things online anyway but there return policy let’s me know that they do not care about there costumer service. I received my package but as stated on there website if “PACKAGES” are missing or stolen they are not responsible. My problem is I received the package but did not receive a pair of shorts that I ordered which was not stolen from the package they simply didn’t put my item in the bag. Which makes that no one’s fault but theirs. Yet the continuously send me an email stating for me to figure it out with the shipping company. Personally I don’t care anymore but just a note that if you spend money here and don’t receive items and if you items do not fit they do not care. You won’t get your items and you cannot make any exchanges. They make it nearly impossible

Personally, I would never buy from them again.

I just found their whole process, communication, and return policy chaotic.

For starters, I purchased the same swimsuit in two different sizes to see which would fit better. Apparently, I purchased the items during a sale they were having. I didn’t realize it because I didn’t put a coupon or discount code in at checkout.

What’s frustrating is that I can’t return the swimsuit because I purchased it on the sale so, now I’m stuck with two of the same swimsuits. It’s weird because I never elected to be apart of the promotion!

I also purchased the items and paid for express shipping. The swimsuits came on time, in 3 days but I didn’t receive communication about the package being sent or through the route system you pay at checkout until I emailed them first.

All of that to say, do yourself a favor and purchase from a company that’s less hectic and fair when it comes to their return policy… especially if you’re a shopper like who likes to try different sizes of the same thing to see what’s better. I rather pay more for fluidity and convenience then be stuck with something o don’t need.

I know that when you typically buy things on a promotion, you can’t return it, which is why I had no interest in doing that.

Also, beware that even if I could return it, I would have to pay for my own label and they have a 50% restocking fee. Not five stars … but 5 thumbs down for this company.

I ordered a swimsuit months ago during one of their big sales. In my orders it says UNFULFILLED. I paid for them and it was never shipped. I emailed customer service and she tells me it's nothing that they can do because so much time has passed. So I email them again for clarification and she says they can't even give me store credit for something that clearly hasn't been completed. I will never order from them again. BEWARE. they will run with your money.

Icon swim is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, I spent nearly $300 on swimsuits, paid for expedited shipping, my package gets lost in transit and I never received a reimbursement. UPS has told me multiple times that Icon Swim received the money and was supposed to send it to me. They never did. It has been 6months. I have never seen anything like this before, the customer service rep is terrible, her name is Tierra H. For this to be a black owned business, I WILL NEVER ever shop here again and I will be sure to tell my subscribers, friends and family to not shop Icon Swim

Bad costumer service. If you buy a swimwear and it doesnt fit. Just know if you are being a swimsuit and it does not fit it will cost u less to throw it away. After being 8 items last week 2 of them didnt fit so i decided to return the two that cost a total of $20. After returning i only got back $5 in store credit. Costumer service was very rude and the company straight up robbed me. Would never shop here again.

I ordered 80$ worth of swimwear and coverups to match , I never received notification of shipping . Only order confirmation. 2 weeks went by and I reached out to customer service . It takes them one week to respond. Email only , no phone service . She says my package was shipped and delivered a week and half ago. She sent me a tracking number . A package was never received . I asked her to send me a receipt to submit for a claim and never received a response . I’m out of 80$ And received nothing. Not even a receipt to file a claim

Customer service is non-existent. The company comes across as fraudulent. I have never received a notice from the post office that my item was lost or damaged in transit…ever. In this instance I received a notification that my item shipped. A day later, I received an email advising my item did not actually ship and the item that I ordered was actually out of stock. I select a new item and am told again that my item has shipped. The package arrives empty. I reach out to their customer service team…takes them 1 week to respond. The person tells me to order something else since the original item is also “out of stock”. No thanks. I would not refer anyone to or purchase from this “company”. Does not seem reputable. Had to file a dispute to get my little $30 refund.

The product is fine for the price. The one star is really for the poor customer service. I received the email stating that my item was shipped. When I tried to track it about a week later, I realized that the item wasn't moving. When I contacted customer service, they were less than helpful and tried to cover the fact that the item was never shipped until I inquired about it; on top of that the rep was extremely defensive. I get that things happen and people make mistake, but be upfront about it and offer a solution. This is customer service 101; if you're in that field this is a must.

I was looking for new swimsuits for a girls trip I was planning (it won’t happen) and saw a fashionable Twitter/TikTok personality mention that they were deciding between three suits from here. I checked them out and fell in love. All three suits fit AMAZING and feel amazing. The prices feel like a steal for such quality and creativity. I love the website so much I bought my best friend a swimsuit too. Very fast shipping.
