Bought the above shirts,absolutely beautiful, didn’t realise how big they are and the photo displays gives it a overall brilliant look,I was a bit nervous about how they would be transported but they both arrived safe ,they were protected in the packaging so no need to worry,would I buy from icon again…..absolutely.

Wonderful Customer Experience

Cannot speak highly enough of ICON customer experience, they delivered a high end product in a seamless and well supported fashion, Delivered on time in prestige fashion and could verify the Authenticity via QR code. Money well spent and peace of mind doing business, definitely will purchase in the future.

Everything went smoothly with the…

Everything went smoothly with the process and I received the package successfully.
However, I have two remarks.
The first one is that in the video the mystery box was sealed, but when I received it, it was not sealed, which was a bit illusion-breaking.
The second one is that there is no complete list of who can be included in the box, nor any information about the odds — for example, how often the listed players can appear or how many mystery boxes were produced in total.
That said, it’s a very creative idea, and I wish you continued success.

broken

Hi, we ordered a GULIT and ZOLA autograph from Icons. It arrived beautifully, but all the clips that were supposed to keep the frame in good condition arrived broken and it made marks on the picture. We managed to fix it after two hours of work, but there are still marks from beatings on the frame and on the things themselves. Someone didn't pack it well...

A company with extremely poor service…

A company with extremely poor service attitude. I purchased an item but provided the wrong address. This is my fault, but I simply wanted to ask if they could assist in contacting the courier company. However, I waited for 18 days before receiving a reply, stating that it was my responsibility and asking why I notified them so late. I purchased through a proxy shopping company, which took time to discover the address error. Moreover, it took you 18 days to reply—I have no idea how you could possibly assist me.

As you’ve acknowledged, the delivery address provided at checkout was incorrect. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, the ability to amend delivery details is limited and remains the responsibility of the customer, particularly when orders are placed via third-party proxy or forwarding services.

We always aim to respond as promptly as possible, however the timing of the notification and the use of a proxy service significantly restricted what action could be taken with the courier at that stage.

Not quite the premium service to match…

Not quite the premium service to match the product name which turned out to be ok service in the end. The starting comms were not great - waited 7 days before receiving an update on the order. One of the items contained a mark on the frame which was annoying. Icons agreed to remediate and organise collection and replacement. This would have been fine and no hassle had they delivered on the day they said they would. Unfortunately it had to be a day later so arrangements had to be made to receive the item. Happy with the items but getting them was not a smooth experience.

That said, once the issue was brought to our attention, we acted immediately to arrange collection and a replacement, and we did everything within our power to ensure the corrected item reached you in time for Christmas. This is a testament to our team.

Unfortunately, during peak festive periods courier networks are under extreme pressure and while we can schedule and prioritise deliveries, we cannot fully control last-minute delays once an item is in transit. We do appreciate that the one-day delay caused inconvenience, and we’re grateful for your patience in accommodating this however, we still believe the service was of high quality
