My son LOVES these unique puzzles! We plan to frame 3 different Houston Astros puzzles and use them as decor in his baseball themed bedroom!

Can't say enough about how great this company and it's employees are. Especially Victoria. As I was about to finish my Citi Field puzzle, I realized I was missing one piece. OH NO! I emailed the company asking for help. Victoria answered right away saying she would see what she could do. Well what she could do was not only get me the missing piece, but they sent me the whole puzzle; no charge. Citi Field is complete. I would highly recommend ICONIOC puzzles and their customer service representative, Victoria.

I ordered 2x puzzles of the FC BAYERN MUENCHEN logo. Both arrived in good condition. I assembled one logo and gave the other to my brother. He was surprised when he opened it, the box contained puzzles of a different logo, not FC BAYERN. I contacted customer support, specifically Victoria, who immediately sent me another puzzle, this time the correct one, after sending me the photos. I appreciate Victoria's serious approach. Puzzle magnifique mais il manquait une pièce, du moins il y en avait une en double. J'ai prévenu le service client et ils ont été réactif, j'attends le puzzle qu'ils doivent me renvoyer .
Quand je le recevrai, je ne manquerai pas de leurs faire des éloges.

I ordered a Georgia Bulldogs puzzle for my wife and myself. We both are huge Georgia Bulldogs fans, my wife even works at UGA. When we got the puzzle and put it together it was missing one piece. We searched everywhere for the missing puzzle piece and could not find it. The puzzle never left the table we put it together on and we completed the puzzle the same day. It was a rare ice storm in Georgia so it was a perfect time to the put it together as we were unable to go anywhere. I contacted Iconic Puzzle’s customer support email and explained the situation and sent pictures. I got a quick response back from Victoria, she was very kind and sent us a complete new replacement puzzle at no cost. Thank you Victoria and your team! The puzzle is a little challenging but it’s very well made and it’s fun and beautiful when completed.

We purchased that large Ronaldo Man Utd puzzle for my son, was an absolute blast putting it together. Amazing quality and unlike any other puzzle he has done, technical and really challenging, the results are amazing and could not recommend it enough. Customer service is A1, extremely helpful staff. Best present Santa has got him so far.....

I received this puzzle as a gift and I love it. Very high quality. It is difficult but it kept me busy for a few days! Customer service was excellent as well in helping me resolve an issue.
