The puzzles are great quality and fun to build. Shipping was quick and customer service has been very helpful. Overall a great product.

Our Iconic Puzzle was well made and we can't wait to hang it. It will make s beautiful decoration. The puzzle did arrive missing a piece and Iconic Puzzles was receptive and made it right by sending us an entirely new puzzle free of charge!

I received a Celtics puzzle for Christmas. What fun it was to do. This is such a unique puzzle. One of the best presents that I ever received. I am going to order a baseball one for one of my siblings.

Recently, I was gifted a Collingwood Football Club wooden puzzle and thoroughly enjoyed assembling it—until I discovered a piece was missing. What followed was an unnecessarily prolonged and frustrating experience with Iconic Puzzles.
After multiple back-and-forth emails, I was initially told that “special approval” had been granted to resend the puzzle. However, after a week of no communication, I had to chase them up myself—only to then be told they would resend a replacement on the condition that I first submit a positive review on Trustpilot, provide a screenshot, and send them proof.
This is completely unacceptable. A faulty product should be replaced as a matter of basic consumer responsibility—not used as leverage to extract misleading, manufactured positive reviews. Attempting to coerce customers into posting favourable feedback in exchange for resolving a legitimate issue is highly unprofessional and, frankly, unethical.
The lack of timely communication, combined with this attempt to manipulate reviews, reflects extremely poorly on their customer service. I would strongly caution others before purchasing.

I was gifted one of the puzzles and it was missing two pieces. After several back and forth emails, the company agreed to send me a new puzzle which I received within a short time frame. Typically there is a 90 day warranty period but they waived that so I can now frame my Indiana Hoosiers puzzle.

These puzzles are so much fun!
My daughter and I loved completing the St Kilda puzzle together. It was not too easy, nor too hard which made it quite fun. I think having some pieces that were in the shape of footy players was a great touch.
The delivery was super fast, and their customer service has been fantastic.
I would highly recommend to any football fans. Great idea for a birthday present for the footy fans out there!

I purchased the Real Madrid big set and I was really impressed with the quality of the puzzle. After putting it together I saw that few puzzles of footballers are slit destroyed. I contacted Iconic puzzles asking if they would be able to send out the piece. The replied straight away and to my surprise the are going to send out a complete new puzzle at no cost to me. Fantastic company and great customer service! I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and use again in the future.

Fantastic puzzles, my son is 7 and football mad. With a little help he did these with ease. Excellent quality and will definitely be ordering more, they look brilliant when framed ,my son would like a framed collection.

Not only a great puzzle, a great piece of wall decor that is "hand built" by the owner! And amazing customer service to boot! My daughter is a Pitt student and loved putting together this challenging puzzle. She can't wait to get it up on her apartment wall - it's well made and is something she will treasure for a long time from her time at the University.

The puzzles are a great idea! We got the OKC one & Melbourne Demons one for our son, and he really enjoyed putting them together. They look great on the wall once completed! One of our puzzles was supplied with an incorrect piece. A solution was offered promptly by the customer service team to keep us happy. Highly recommend!

This puzzle is beautifully designed, unique and sturdy. I bought it as a significant gift - for us to assemble and frame for a prominent spot in a room of Braves memorabilia. It is challenging - which allows for more family engagement and a feeling of success with completion.

The bright colors and unique puzzle pieces (mini players) of the Iconic Puzzles are beautiful! My son and I have completed three soccer logos puzzles of 500 pieces. They are mountable and we're going to decorate his room with them. I have already purchased another three puzzles because we genuinely love them and the quality is amazing!
