Bought the large Leeds United Crest puzzle last November and only got round to doing it. Looks amazing, really good quality product, did have couple of pieces missing but Victoria was great and sorted me out with a sweetener. Would recommend using. Thank you

I had a missing piece as my dog chewed it! When I contacted customer services they responded promptly and offered send a new set free of charge. I really appreciated that as they had no obligation to replace.

I had bought one of the puzzles for Christmas and had just now got around too putting it together. It was missing a piece when I contacted them about it. It was past the warranty time but they figured out a different way to go about sending me a new puzzle. They went out of their way to work with me and figure out a way to make it right. I am so thankful that they did that. They care about their customers. Thank you Iconic Puzzles.

I ordered my husband and arsenal jigsaw for Christmas!! He absolutely loves it and it framing it, putting on display! Arrived in very good time, unfortunately one piece was missing when he opened it. I emailed customer service who sent out another 10/10 service would highly recommend

I bought the large sized Arsenal crest puzzle for my dad as a gift and he loved it. The pieces fit together perfectly. We did have issues with a missing piece but when I contacted the company their customer service was phenomenal. They responded very quickly, I Would definitely recommend buying. Personally since my dad loves puzzles I would buy another one

Great product, great service and customer care. We bought the large SD Padres round baseball puzzle for our grandson’s birthday. We may have overlooked the age for assembly , but we sure had a great time putting it together. We will be mounting it proudly on his wall. It is very high quality and precision cut pieces. Definitely would recommend for anyone that loves baseball. A great quality gift.

I ordered 3 different wooden puzzles as Christmas gifts but didn't actually open the first one until recently. The warranty by now expired but I emailed Victoria in Customer Service to ask for a single piece that was missing. Although their system couldn't send me just the single missing piece they are sending me a new puzzle. They are very concerned about customer satisfaction. And i'm one happy customer!

I do puzzles monthly and this puzzle is very different than others. I loved the player shaped pieces. It was really fun to put together. When you’re done it can be a display piece. I highly recommend it!
