This guy is a complete scam operating from Perth. He buys his stuff from China from a company called ymu xinyue jewellery co. ltd. YMU XINYUE also sells on alibaba. Something iceex official sells for $100 YMU sells 5 at $2.00 each plus $18 shipping. The company never responds to emails so good luck if you want to return something because he says life time warranty. The owner hearts all his posts on Facebook. Husam Roamer from Perth is the owner of Iceex official. Stay away from this company selling cheap Chinese knock off's for ridiculous prices. Just google the store where he purchases his items and where it ships from as what's written on the padded envelope as the sender in China. He will take your money and you will never hear from him again.

shop didn’t put my full address in multiple attempts to contact ICEEX no response no contact from them asking for the missing details as visible on order confirmation.weeks later sent update on shop that it’s being shipped sent tracking number for a company in uk shop update today attempted delivery even though part address is correct with location of Australia

I ordered a 50cm and a 45cm chain. The 50cm hangs mid-chest, but the 45cm doesn't even fit around my neck! I've emailed five times, asking for a replacement (not even a refund), and have received no response. This site is a total scam. Avoid it and find another supplier!

It doesn’t even deserve a 1star, it says it is 18K and when you receive it all it is is stainless steel, very dissapointing will not be ordering again. FALSE ADVERTISING, not to mention my braclet i ordeted was broken, never again will i order from this decieving site. Dont waste your money!

Why have you not responded to my messages or emails I got a delivery today of your supposed 3 brackets package which is made for a child's wrist not a man's and My chain was not in there so u posted without sending my chain but took my money I want my chain ASAP that I ordered number 10967 or I shall be forced to do a section 45 for fraud against you and support the police in any way I can

False advertising.. it does tarnish & turn ur skin green.. several emails unanswered. Dont waste ur money on this crap.. even 1 star is to much

Don’t buy from this company. I bought 3 pieces of jewellery from them which wasn’t cheap. Needed to return 2 pieces as they were the wrong product and wrong size. After a number of emails asking for a return address they never responded. Didn’t want a refund just to return them and get what I wanted.

Thanks Iceex for your non professional company. Your happy when you take peoples money.

Rubbish! Everything tarnished and no response to any return queries...4 emails never answered. Total waste of money!!!

Poor quality, and slow to ship. The clasp pictured in the photos and videos is not what you receive. The clasp is the old lobster claw style and ruins the look and quality of the chain. Do not purchase this inadequate junk. They do not respond to messages or emails

Although received ahead of schedule, product is not at all what it claims to be. The bracelet looks like it came from a dollar store. The necklace seems nice, but I definitely overpaid for it. I can get a similar item from Amazon for $20 & I paid $150 from “iceex official”. Came from China- expect temu, wish, etc item quality if ordering from this site. Better yet just go to those sites & you may get these same items for a much lower price.

Been trying to do a warranty claim for months. Photos sent to email multiple times, no response via email or Facebook. Obviously scammers

Only got 1 star because I can't give 0. Purchased their Cuban link silver chain. Went green within a week. They blocked me on Facebook for asking about my refund and they don't get back to their emails which is the only way of communication they offer. There is no phone number or any other means of speaking to someone.

Disgusting customer service paid for a chain 7 months ago never recieved tried ring customer service no luck heaps of emails all they wanted was more money for me to look intk it. Biggest rip off ever

Tried contacting this company on several different platforms multiple times for an exchange with ZERO response. Disgusting.

Beware of this scam company. I've read reviews going back almost 1 year and more most are good. Can see pics items arrive..especially custom name pendants..in jewellery box.
However. Iin last few months nothing but bad reviews. I can see why. I ordered 2 items one being customised name pendant. I received only one item in a plastic bag envelope from China. Nothing else. I've emailed soo many times no response. I think this company changed hands recently and based in China now. Now it's totally dodgy. If I could put zero stars I would.
BEWARE SCAM COMPANY

Lucky you who said it took 7 days to New Zealand. I had to wait for 33 DAYS - from 5 February 2024 until today 8 March 2024.

The necklace is very nice although I have struggled to connect the two parts.

Hopefully, I'll have better luck next time. 7 days, sounds like a dream to me. Why it took 33 days, I shall never know - I had to go to paypal.com to help me sort this out as all my emails / communication with Iceexofficial fell on deaf ears. Only today paypal.com heard back from them after I tried several times on paypal.com to communicate with the... NOTHING! Today, I checked their courier, NOTHING... I then tried Aramax, who had no details until today, and they said they dropped it into my mailbox at 8.17 pm this evening. I went to check my post box once again as it wasn't there earlier and found it at about 8.24pm.
Hopefully, my next purchase will be a breeze.
