I bought an ice tub a few months ago. The tap broke, they advised they would not assist with a replacement. I bought a new ice tub over a month ago. It hasn't even been delivered. This company is a sham with no care for customer service.

Bought my first ice tub March 2023 and loved it unfortunately after 4 months use holes appeared I wasn’t worried about this as when I purchased I was given a 12 month warranty and they gave a life time warranty I contacted ice tub and they were happy to help and sent me a replacement tub which I received within a few days but 4 months later I experienced the exact same problems with holes appearing at the top of where the poles are installed and reading the reviews I can see other people have experienced the same issues I contacted ice tub again but this time they were not as helpful or understanding I have been fobbed off with excuses as to why they cannot send me a replacement tub then they tried to tell me it was my fault and I had caused the holes and my last two emails have gone unanswered not once have I asked for a refund just a replacement as is my customer rights and something I will unfortunately have to take up with trading standards so save yourself the the time and headache and go somewhere else!!

Really poor, took my money, didn’t deliver on and didn’t give clear answers or solve problem.

Issues refund on bath only after threat of chargeback…. Be very wary.

Beware of import taxes. They pretend they are in Europe when in fact they aren’t. So you get hit with a large fee. I refused delivery so the courier sent it back. They have now told me I won’t be getting a full refund. Complete and utter scam company.

Beware, you will need to pay importation tax.

I didnt want to pay 33% extra tax (custom) and they don t want to refund me.

The seam burst within 7 weeks and the company refuses to replace it or give a refund. This product shouldn’t defect within that time period. The customer service has been hurrendous.

Dangerous Product - please avoid poor customer service. I feel scammed. This product burst within 6 uses.

Started off good but after a couple of months started to puncture around the rim. After contacting customer service they said they would not replace as it does not affect use..fair point..but still I think 4 punctures after no movement of the tub is not great! Looks a bit pathetic now!!

Ordered about 3 months ago. Never received updates about my order. No answers to form submissions.

DO NOT BUY.

Terrible - high charges for import . Broke after first use

After ignoring me for 6 weeks they sent me a package that was supposed to be "free shipping" for additional 28€ after already paying 80€ for a plastic Blow Up Ice Bath. I gave them plenty of chances to react to my complaint. I doubt i will ever get my money back. Please don't buy here!

Avoid at all costs

I am for over 2 weeks waiting for a delivery that at this point I lost hopes that will ever happen. Hopefully I will at least receive my money back, I wish I had read the reviews before buying it.

I'm happy to change my review if the product ever gets delivered but the delay is not acceptable at all.

I really did not want to leave such a negative review for a company but my experience with them left no choice.

As the package came from the UK there was a 35 Euro import change for Ireland from the courier company. There is no notice on their site that it will be shipped from the uk or a possible import charge in addition to the delivery charge. They ignored my emails about this so I took this on the chin and paid.

However, when I first tried to fill the tub, a crack appeared in the lining, in the base. It took 3 days for them to respond to the pictures and video of the issue.
They offered a replacement, so I asked about the import tax. I was told:
"We'll provide a $0 invoice so you shouldn't be charged duties."
3 days later I got a notification from the courier to say I had to pay 35 euro again to import the replacement. I followed it up with the courier but they received a regular invoice for the package not the $0 invoice. I was ignored for another few days by the company then told "I've asked finance to look into reimbursing this for you. We'll send you an email confirmation for your reference."
When I said I was not paying the import tax again, I was ignored for a few more days. Eventually I paid the import tax on the replacement rather than have it sent back. I was then asked for my Paypal details but radio silence for another 3 days.
The refund eventually came through when I started messaging their Instagram account.
The replacement product is working fine but their customer care is extremely frustrating.

Scam company!! - owe me money for affiliate marketing and have been trying to get a hold of them after helping them sell more than 6 tubs! They gave me a code for 15% off and never gave me the kickback! STAY AWAY FROM ICE TUB.COM

Terrible scammers - owe me money for affiliate marketing and have been trying to get paid out for 5 months and no one responds to me.

Bought an icetub, worked well for a few weeks then got a puncture. Initially they were very responsive until I posted the old one back. Took me multiple emails and Instagram chasing to get a new one posted and a refund from the postage costs. They did replace the broken one but their customer service is so poor I can't recommend them in good faith.

My partner bought an ice tub from here in December, don't think it got delivered until February. When it finally came he was using it and it was great until one day it ripped when he went to let the water out. They responded and dealt with the issue well and sent another out (it took a few weeks). They ended up sending the 'new and improved' model. Within two weeks, the entire seam that keeps the outer layer in place ripped, exposing all of the polystyrene and rendering the tub useless. He contacted them but no response this time. It seems their products are not fit for purpose and their contact channels are hit and miss. He has wasted around £90 on something that was supposed to help him with his wellbeing and now can't use it. Unfortunately he didn't buy on credit card so can't even claim the money back through that to buy a new one elsewhere. AVOID!

In april kocht ik een bad via deze site. Ook ik moest onaangekondigd invoerrechten betalen van 34 euro. Ik had de 3.0 besteld en kreeg het oude 2.0 bad. Toen ik contact met het bedrijf hierover zocht werd mij verteld dat zij de 3.0 niet op voorraad hadden. Ik zou de 3.0 opgestuurd krijgen maar zij reageren niet meer. Ook mijn slechte review zetten zij niet op hun eigen site. Kortom een en al slecht. Bestel niets op de site.

I have to say the company provides excellent customer service. I would highly recommend. They responded to an issue I had and rectified it instantly. Love the ice tub ❤️

Worse customer experience ever!
I got this ice tub as a gift for my partner. I wanted to get it as a Christmas present, I've ordered it in the beginning of November and I felt confident, that it will definitely arrive befor Christmas, because in their advertisement they sayed 'delivered in within 3 days'. The tub didn't arrived until the end of January. I emailed the company so many times before Christmas, they didn't get back to me. In the new year then they got back to me, I'm not going into details how unprofessional they were.. long story short, I got the tub in the end of January, 2 months later the inflated part on top bursted, because the material wasn't compatible with the warmth of the sun. I contacted them again by email, they never got back to me.
I do not recommend, getting your cold tub from this company.
