Product took a long time to arrive, about a month.. It works well and material is good and does the job it is intended to do.. It is easy to drain the water and to clean.

Hi. I bought the Ice Tub for my eldest son who is very pleased with it and is at this very moment to an "Ice Tub" challenge for Cancer Research. Every morning throughout March he is in his Ice tub raising money.

I see a lot od bad experience with long waiting time and damaged product. My experience is quite different. I don’t know how long I’ve been waiting but it wasn’t that long - who cares - take it easy people. Be happy you’ve received your product because the product is great. I love it. Every time my depression is about to get me again I get into my Ice-Tube for couple of minutes and my body and mind learns very quickly what are the most important values in my life 😁 Enjoy your life! 😀✌️

Overall we are pleased with our Ice Tub. This winter has been fairly cold, and so perfectly suited to getting outside and ice dipping. We have found it refreshes us, gets the circulation going, eases blood pressure and gives a feeling of relaxation and energy. It is just a lot of fun, getting into your swimwear at whatever time of day and dipping yourself into cold water!
My wife makes best use of the Ice Tub, as she is small enough to dip her whole body in up to her shoulders. Me, being 6'3" and 22 stone, I can't actually fit in the tub without being in danger of not getting out again! So I just dip up to my thighs.
The build quality of the Ice Tub is just good enough to be useful. It was easy to put together. We found that we could not inflate the upper section as the air kept rushing out of the valve. Also, even with the tap shut, the water does slowly leak. The lid is a useful feature, but it would be good to have some way of tying it on, so it does not blow away in high winds. The Ice Tub did take about two months to ship, which was disappointing.
All in all, a good, fun and beneficial investment, although quite expensive! We love our Ice Tub! Whether we will use it over the summer though, is a different question. Can't easily source ice in sufficient quantities to make the water cold.

Love the product! 3 week wait but wasn't an issue for me. Had a small issue with inflatable ring but was looked after extremely well by April. Great customer service

Firstly I must say the wait for the tub was insanely long; It was about two months or maybe longer for the delivery, so of course not so happy. Yes, as I have read, an additional 50 euros was added from customs on my side. So this is something that the UK team should mention in their communications. The plus sides were I had pretty good communication with the CS team. Product itself I have used for the past two months, and so far, it's great. It does what it says, and it's sturdy. So 4 out of 5 for the product and communication. However, the waiting was a tough one to swallow.

Great team, great product. They answer all emails. It did take some time to get the product but the company was new so I am confident they will improve on delivery shedule. 👍👍👍❤

Ordered well over a month ago still haven’t received item or explanation why and everyone I’ve spoke to who has had theirs they are FAULTY!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Waiting over 3 weeks now on delivery, my order still hasn’t arrived & not so much as a tracking number. Have emailed twice asking for a refund & all I get is a response saying it’ll be with you in a few days! Disgraceful. Con artists, DO NOT order!!

Long delivery time. Extra costs that were not known when ordering. All bags in the package were already opened. After assembly I noticed that the product was defective and has holes in it.So I cannot use it. Unbelievable. Disappointing. Now I'm waiting to see if at least the customer service is working well.

AVOID AT ALL COST!

Upon unpacking the product there were three pinhole sized holes in the inflatable ring and another air leak in the seam of the ring to the rest of the tub, making it impossible to use as intended. Additionally the drainage valve on the side was leaky from the start, which meant the tub would constantly lose water which then accumulated underneath and around the tub further making it unusable indoors, on a wooden surface outdoors, or generally for longer periods of time. All that together with the return policy which lets you pay return shipping in full, doesnt refund initial shipping cost or import taxes, and clause that forfeits refund if the tub is damaged (although the thing came out of the box damaged from the start) makes this a complete waste pruchase which i would warn well away from and recommend to instead invest in a solid material tub for the purpose of ice baths from a company that puts stock in quality over hype.

Ordered and received the package in about 7 days. Problem is that there was an extra 40€ in tax and duties that were not mentioned anywhere to be paid at delivery. Send it back for refund and waiting. This kind of crucial information should be displayed at checkout. Not the best service

Bought the product which then took 8 weeks to be delivered and when I set it up the ice tub had a hole in it so leaked all over bathroom floor. Sent multiple emails for a refund but nothing back.

Awful company. Shipped 7 weeks after purchase. And it was missing parts the made the tub unusable. Joke!
