I worry, a lot about my caravan insurance but when I called, no question was unanswered, the staff were helpful and sent the requested information quickly as promised. It was easy to renew my policy - I received a mail that it was due for renewal, then the renewal documents, followed by a reminder, just in case I had forgotten.
The documents confirming renewal were easy to understand, and the premium had actually gone down since last year.
I was very happy with the whole process.
