Horrible Customer service and business. I ordered parts from this company only to have them arrive damaged and broken. This company does not accept any accountability for itself. They are not honorable enough to give a refund or any compensation for damaged parts. Every email, every call is just a circus show of run-around. PLEASE DONT USE THIS SITE TO ORDER. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE. I"VE CALLED AND CHAT WITHTHEM AND THEY ARE RUDE, SORRY, DISFUNCTIONAL PEOPLE WHO COULD CARE LESS IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER OR EVEN GET WHAT YOU ORDERED. My experience with HyundaiPartsDeal has been extremely disappointing.

I placed an order based on the shipping estimate provided at checkout. After the order was processed and a non-cancelable controlled part was ordered, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional $292.94 in shipping charges, bringing the total shipping cost to more than $338.

Had I known the actual shipping cost beforehand, I would never have placed the order.

What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Representatives were not friendly, did not seem interested in helping, and one representative simply ended the chat without resolving the issue or attempting to escalate it. Responses felt dismissive and focused on blaming the customer rather than addressing the concern.

I also submitted a support ticket and did not receive a response.

I have been involved in e-commerce for many years, and this is one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Easy to find the right part, decent price, quick shipping. Genuine part, as far as I can tell.

The part, a coolant reservoir cap did not fit tightly. I had to modify it so the cap so it works. Easy enough. The shipping costs doubled the price, could have been less. Didn't tell shipping cost until end of purchase.
