Horrible company, total scam. If you’re looking for a refund as they advertise, forget about it. Pass on this one, doesn’t do anything.

The liposomal cream did not do a thing. I ordered 3 jars with no results. In addition, though they say there is a money back guarantee, they refunded me for only 1 jar, not the 3 I ordered.

I started to buy and decided to research customer reviews....have you realized this company never comments on anyone's issues Duchess ACTING AS IF they do care! No love, whatsoever!

SCAM COMPANY DONT BUY they will advertise money back Garunteed which is not true, if you go for their special example by 5 at a cheaper price, if you have an allergic reaction like I did... they never answer their phone or return phone calls and finally by email I got a response here is the link for a return which only allowed you to return one jar and I demanded I want in writing that you acknowledge I am returning 5 unopened jars they acted stupid and said don't worry we will remember just return all jars and we will remember, they never wanted or would have returned my money for the 5 unopened jars and they also purposely don't return your calls or email so that you fall out of their certain amount of days return policy and my credit card company said don't return anything because they sent us info that if you ordered 5 jars they will only refund you for one jar. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY DONT BUY and their product is loaded with chemicals, you can't even pronounce their ingredients, because all chemicals...

I’m surprised at the bad reviews. I think the crepe repair cream actually works immediately. I love the eye cream. So much that I recently purchased more products. Too soon to tell about those

I would really like to give them zero stars. As most people here are stating, a completely useless product. Did nothing but give me a fungal rash. Fortunately, I had bought it with PayPal and I documented all my correspondence with Hygieia and sent it to Paypal. Paypal refunded my money. Hygieia wouldn’t even answer my emailed questions. You can’t return it through the website, even though they say that’s the only way you can. Blah blah blah. Terrible product, terrible company.

They say they have a money back guarantee....they DON'T!!! I sent the product back and have heard NOTHING!!! So they kept my $160 and they have the product to resell since several of the products were never taken out of the sealed box. DO NOT BUY, it's a waste of money because it doesn't work and their "guarantee" is WORTHLESS!!!!!!

Does absolutely nothing. Thought a month was too short a time so ordered another container. After 3 months (no idea why I kept using something completely devoid of its promises) I am done. NO IDEA who these people are who show HUGE differences in crepey skin, probably photo shop. Ugh.

Don’t waste your time & money. It’s not cheap. Got sucked in by the promises in the ads. My arm crepe is not severe but this cream does nothing but moisturize. The creepiness is still there! Returning this to Amazon.

I love this cream. I live in desert & it’s dry. My skin looked terrible. Crepey & dry. After one use my skin felt better. Tighter too. Looks awesome. Can’t wait to see more results.

Customer service is horrible. I have left three messages and emailed them 3 times with no response and THE PRODUCT DID NOT WORK EVEN SLIGHTLY!!!!

I got sucked into trying this by articles raving. I bought the product, it shipped, I received, and I used for 3 weeks - NO CHANGE WHATSOEVER ! ! ! Gold Bond works a million times better - but they say no risk so requested a return, they sent prepaid label and I thought "sweet" ! I got a notification when they received the return and said it would be a 5-7 days for refund to process. Well, it has been about 5 WEEKS now and no one - NO ONE will answer my emails. I got one email from Blake that said -357 - I responded "what does this mean" and NOTHING. This company is very unethical and you NEVER talk to a real person to help. Consider yourself warned ! ! ! !

This review is not reflective of the product, because I never actually received my order. this review is about their business practices. I received a delivery confirmation 2 days ago saying that my order had been delivered to my front door, but must be someone else's front door because I did not receive it. I immediately reached out to the company to see if they had a picture of where my order was left and this is the message that I received back from their rep Blake Cooley:

If that is not the case please do this:
1. Check with the neighbors, this happens quite a bit and it's best to check with them before filing a claim, since that involves a police report and the first thing the police will ask is if you checked with the neighbors.
2. If they don't have it, write a letter stating as such, and sign and date it. Be sure your full name and address are on the letter and scan it over to me or take a pic and email it to me.

With that info, I can start a claim and get another one sent out.

For the record, I live in the middle of the woods on 12 acres and so do the rest of my neighbors - I don't even know most of them. I get a picture of my deliveries from Amazon, UPS, Fedex etc...but this company apparently doesn't use a legitimate shipping company. And because their shipper delivered to the wrong address, I now have to file a police report??? I have never heard of anything like this in my life. The police have way more important things to do then track down erroneously delivered packages!! How about having the shipping company go back to get it and re deliver it?
